I have not received any feedbackWhen I called to speak directly with the Office of Customer Advocate, Navient states there is no such contact however she did state there was notes indicated in the account saying more information from me is requiredHowever, the agent could NOT tell me what information that was needed and who to send it toThe agent only stressed a payment of $was needed before reporting my account to the credit bureausI am also very displeased that Salle Mae responds saying there isn't an account belonging to me in their system...OF COURSE there isn't, they SOLD me to Navient as oppose to STOPPING payments to the closed school after I requested this several times once I dropped from the program, leaving me to pay back the entire amount borrowed that I did not use or had access to return the funds.

I have reviewed
the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. They have forwarded release of cosigner letters which they stated they sent previously but I had never received However, they refused to provide amortization schedules since I am no longer on the loanI would still like to see the amortization schedules for the period that I was a cosigner along with how monthly payments were applied to principal and interestI do not believe that they have been applying payments in accordance with a defined amortization schedule designed to consistently reduce the outstanding balance along with monthly interest.

It is not yet resolved, but someone did contact me and I believe that it is in the process of being resolvedI was told by one
representative that the income based repayment would be processed, however another representative contacted me and processed an "in school deferment"Later I was told that because an in school deferment was processed, that it is now impossible to process the income based repayment planSince I will be graduating next week, I am told I must wait for graduation, and then possibly reapply for the repayment planSo that is the current status Revdex.com:
