RevDex.com:
I have received Navient's letter yesterday, but there is no solution offeredThe letter basically pointed me to contact another organization for discussion, and they pointed out that they cannot talk to me, ONLY the borrowerSo, the dilemma remains the sameMy letter complained of NAVIENT intentionally forced default by refusing to continue to send the monthly statement to the borrower's homeThere are occasions we sent a check payment and they claimed "Not Received" but the checks were cashed, by who? I had no clue! My point is they "intentionally" forced default not because we don't pay but they don't send invoice so I don't have the right address to send a checkAlso, there were a very short period that we cannot pay because we experienced IRS SCAM of $2,were stolen, that caused grave financial difficultyI understand the IRS SCAM is an insider job, that is why so many people were scammed without the thieves caughtWith the advance technology and intelligent agents, there is no reason these huge losses of scams cannot be recovered, because they are done through Green CardsI believe it can be traceable somehowThe reason these scams are not stopped and monies recovered are due to question of priorityHad we not been scammed of the $2,000, the student loan payment will never stopped for that short period of time, and we will never face the difficulty of being rejected when we asked NAVIENT to send us the invoicesThey have repeatedly refused us and then "forced" default on my sonDefault will cause him huge difficulty of looking for employment in U.S Something is very wrong in their intent to force defaultWhat I am asking is to null the default and eliminate financial penalty for late charges and interestBut none of these were met, so I reject their offerAs far as I can see, NAVIENT has not made any offer for solutionTheir letter simply points out the facts I am disputing.

Problem:I mailed in a financial worksheet they sent me so that I could have my loans put in forbearance, I received a letter back telling me it was denied b/c they needed further informationWhy that information wasn't part of their worksheet, I don't knowThat aside, they gave no indication whatsoever of the information they were in need of, just denied me b/c they needed more information, which they did not ask forShortly after I received this letter, I received another letter stating my loans were now defaulted and they wanted $21, right nowRight after I sent in a worksheet showing that I only have a few dollars a month that is left over after paying bills and buying food.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Other (requires explanation)selectDesired Outcome:I would like them to take my loans out of default and provide me with the information they still need in order to put my loans into forbearanceFinancially I cannot afford to make the payments they are requiring and I have filled out their financial worksheet to show them this is in fact is the caseI would like them to stop yanking me around, they took the time to send a letter denying me b/c further information was neededWhy did they not take the time to send a letter requesting the information they needed before denying meThese people fraudulently state that they just want to work with you and help you pay them backHowever, they offer no help whatsoeverThey deny every attempt to reach a solution that is affordable and do not give actual justification for the denials"We need further information" is not a valid reason for a denialIt should have been Please furnish us with the following information so we can figure out the best solutionI am asking them to send me a letter with the information they need so that I can have my loans put into forbearance and taken out of default status

I was contacted once (by phone) while I was in a meeting at work and received a voicemail from *** *** who works in some branch of the Navient officeI tried to return his call for two weeks and left at least four messagesHe never called me backI called the same office and did not dial his extensionAnother woman helped me to the extent that she could (with one of my complaints, not the other)I cannot imagine that they could send me anything in the mail that would resolve this issueIn fact, I doubt they sent anything, but I certainly would not receive this letter in the five-day window I have to accept or reject this response.
