Revdex.com:
I
have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that ONCE I read the correspondence they have sent to me via the USPS I can better determine whether it is an appropriate response. I received a credit back from my bank so I am satisfied in that regard, but this business is unethical period. For the last years out of college I have paid my student loans religiously and on time monthly to Sallie Mae, and paid off an entire student loan with another company. I reported this company when they without notice raised my interest rates, and monthly payment to nearly times what I was paying previously without notice. Then after (and I have shown all the proof) removed my account they still debited the account without my authorization without permission. No excuse and I do not need to speak to another representative with the company because nothing changes those facts. I make payments in the amount that can be afforded by my family and my salary.

Again, Navient is being uncooperative and unprofessional by not communicating with me and are stalling the process by sending me a written letter instead of the usage of electronic emails!!!!

they blamed the matter on lack of oversight from the states deptof education, claiming not to have any authority to implement there own oversightwhen asked what state I need to contacted they where either unable or unwilling to help me locate the appropriate state deptof edto me this is just passing the blame for there own failure to over see what schools receive the loans and the actual ability of the person getting the loan to complete the program it forthey are there only concern seems to be making money off of people suckered in by these sham's of colleges!

[Spoke to a representative from Navient. My account was noted with the payment I made; however I am still waiting on a response regarding the extra amount added to my monthly payment. The system error appears to have made my payment increase by nearly $dollars. I placed a call to the contact and Im awaiting a response.]
