Please see attached letter in regards to why I do not agree to the companies response It merely seems to me they are just stating again they are looking at this situation, which resolves nothing because it should not take over several years to resolve something Especially when I have already resolved it with the guarantor of the loan

*** *** at Navient was very helpful in addressing my initial concern that the two loans I settled in full in December weren't reflected on my Navient loan online portalShe was able to get the inaccurate information deleted from the Navient website, and the two loans in question no longer appear when I loginI thank her for her swift resolution of this part of the problemHowever, I still have not seen any update to my three credit reportsMy credit score has not changed, and there is no update regarding these paid off loans when I review my credit scores online, including Transunion, the one that has the lowest credit score of the threeI cannot consider this issue resolved until Navient makes sure that all three credit bureaus have the full and complete information, AND that all three of them accurately reflect thisWhen that is done, my credit score will go upIt's not enough just to give the three credit bureaus SOME of the information (if THAT has even been done - all I have is her word that she WOULD submit the information to them, and I have no proof that she did, because no change in my credit rating has occurred to date)I need ***/Navient to COMPEL all three of the credit reporting agencies to get the facts of these loan settlements fully REPORTED, so that the new, accurate information actually makes a difference in my credit report/scoreI have no way of following through with the three credit bureaus myself; the information needs to come from Navient, TO Equifax, Transunion, and Experian, so that each one updates their records COMPLETELY.

Problem:These are educational loans that were in deferment or forebearance I have never been lateThese loans were paid on time all the time and are being paid now company not reporting payments for months yet they have reported incorrect information about the accounts being charged ofcount numbers are *** *** *** *** *** (loans for navient)These loans have never been late and were refinanced to get a lower interest rate onlyThey have ruined my credit when the reason for me attending college is to do just the opposite I do understand mistakes are made but I have disputed it yet it is not fixed yet!Translate Desired Outcome:Updating all three credit reports reporting payments and removing late times loans were in deferment/forebearance never late just refinanced in order to get a better rate (interest rate)APOLOGY LETTER ALONG WITH VERIFICATION THAT AGENCIES (BUREAUS) HAVE ALL BEEN FIXED/UPDATED SHOWING PAYMENTS AND REMOVING LATE TIMES BECAUSE THEY ARE INCORRECTTHANKS ALL

Navient is claiming that the application for the loan forgiveness was never received. I have attached the letter that Navient sent me (that was received today - 2/21/2017) stating it was never received. I am also attaching my previous fax that includes the receipt that the fax was received, cover letter, and my application for loan forgiveness. Additionally, I made a follow up call on 2/1/asking about my application. It was on this date that I was denied the grant and was told to transfer my account and that it would be looked at after an additional payments were made (or years). This is the same day that I contact Revdex.com.
