Navient called and left a message saying that they cannot filter calls to be made only on weekdaysI still think this is abuse of power and has nothing to do with my being late or not in my paymentsIt's abusive to call on the weekends.

I spoke to Navient and I was under the impression that they were going to report the error immediately to all credit reporting agencies They admitted their error I am concerned because I need for this to be fixed with credit reporting agencies and also for the credit reporting agencies to fix the credit score that was affected due to this error I need for experian, equafax and also transunion for this to be fixed with. I have been monitoring the credit reports and scores and I have not seen this happen as of yet

Please see attached letter in regards to why I do not agree to the companies response It merely seems to me they are just stating again they are looking at this situation, which resolves nothing because it should not take over several years to resolve something Especially when I have already resolved it with the guarantor of the loan
