Revdex.com:I have...
spoken with Navient in regards to complaint ID [redacted], and when I receive documentation from them that the account is paid in full I will agree to a satisfactory resolution. The complaint is based on them agreeing to a payoff and then not following through with the agreement and asking for more money. I want to have the documentation in my hand before I will sign off on a satisfactory resolution. Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They are not reporting correctly to my credit and they need to fix this. I am tired of fighting with them. I sent them all of the letters I sent in 2015 and the beginning of 2016 and yet they refuse to admit their mistake.

I still have...
not received the package in the mail from Navient. I would like this dispute to stay open until I receive and have an opportunity to review.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received the letter from the advocate, and it only partially solves my issue. First, the advocate stated that the program I enrolled in is a "$345 a month program at 1% interest rate, and my account may still remain delinquent during the first three payments....Once the third payment posts to my account my past-due status will be brought current and you will continue at $345 payment rate for the following 12 months." October being the third payment. However, I was charged a whole lot of late fee's that I shouldn't have been. When I enrolled in the program July 13th, I was just told going forward my payment plan would be $345, due to changing from a 20 year repayment to a 30 year repayment. Since then I've been hit with late fees of hundreds of dollars, and my credit report is probably looking horrible right now. I want confirmation that the false late fee's attached to my account during the past 3 months will be fixed, this is hundreds of dollars. I also need my credit report, if it was affected, fixed.
