have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I actually received a response by phone within a day or two. The situation was resolved within a couple of weeks I believe by the advocacy department. Hopefully, my account is now straightened out and I will not experience this again when my account is renewed again in next year. Best part is that I have a contact name, email address and I believe a phone number who I can go directly to going forward. She agreed that my account was indeed a mess and I can only trust trust that it is indeed now correct.
