Navient is now calling my mother's number. They should not be calling my mother, my number is listed as a contact number not my mother's number . My mother is 85 years old and they are harassing her. They called her on a Sunday they are using a different number when they call my mother.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have agreed to make the payment of $170.85 a month for te life of the loan. The Settlement that was sent to me. It was asking for the co signer signuature. They did not agree to the amount of the payment. I called and the arrangement. I do not agree what the [redacted],[redacted], Pc Sent. I feel this is unreasonable request. As you can see. I have reach out to Justin to let in him know that I was not going to agree until I see eveything in writting. I just do not like the way this company does business. I did call the company to explain that cosigner will not be signing anything because she did not agree to these terms. They call my co-signer and told all false information which was not true and telling that I took out additional loans. That is why this one was so high. Instead of explaining that it was the inerest that made it high. $20000.00 went to $36803.60... This was from the time I was in school. I just think these company do unfair treatment. Honestly this loan should not even be in defaut. I just want to make you aware.

Problem:I have reached out to Navient 6+ times this month in an attempt to lower my payment amount. I am unemployed and have zero income to cover the payment. I have left several voicemails for the Ahmbudsman but haven't received any communication back. They claim to have sent me a financial worksheet but I have not received anything and it has no bearing on a zero income. is not an issue of mis-managing my money - I have zero income to manage and am attempting to have them lower the payment amount so I can at least give them some money.Translate Desired Outcome:It is my hope that someone from Navient will lower the payment amount to a reasonable amount (200) so that I am able to meet my payment obligation until I am employed again.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. At this moment, I cannot accept any response as no letter has been received in the mail. Will wait for the letter to arrive and review the response offered by the business. I would like to give you a summary of what has happened since my complaint was made:1. My next payment is due this week and nothing has been done. I called last week and was told my case was assigned to someone that was not in the office that day. I left a message but no call has been received.2. Late fees has been added to my account; everyday "[redacted]" (a automated message) calls me to notify me that a message is in my account. The message happens to be a note for delinquent accounts threatening me to report my account to the credit agencies if I do not pay. I am still waiting for a call, letter or email to solve to this problem but the company has not contacted me.Thank youRegards,

I received a voicemail from the Office of the Customer Advocate asking for a return call. However, I have been leaving voicemails for the past month with no response. I also received a letter stating the issue was resolved, yet this next month's statement is still incorrect. This is professionally unacceptable, both with the lack of follow up and the continued inability to allocate funds correctly.

I have had numerous complaints with SallieMae and Navient about harassing me when I have not used a grace period due to in school deferment status. Over two months ago I asked why is the emailed statement saying this is not a bill showing a due balance? None of the represents ever called me back about the issue and none of the reps answered my question as to why my private cell phone numbers were being called by Sallie Mae/Navient and the company had a contact number for me which was my house number [redacted]. SallieMae illegal obtain my number and they called me illegally on both numbers. I will be contacting the State Attorney General about this issue as well. I feel violated and if I received anymore unauthorized calls I will be having an in personal decision with Navient about harassment.

Problem:
I had multiple student loan accounts with another company that were sold(?) to Navient. My previous loan company allowed for loans to be deferred until 9 months after graduation. The new company does not honor this previous agreement and wants a $1400/month payment while I am still in school. I am employed part-time and do not make enough to pay this monthly amount. Navient does not allow income-based payments either. I filed a Revdex.com complaint regarding this matter approximately 2.5 weeks ago. A representative from Navient called me and stated that they could work with me to try to cut my payments in half once all of my and my cosigner's income could be provided to him. I gave him my cosigner's number and she never received a call. The representative also told me that he would call me back in two days and I have not heard from him. I called the company yesterday to inquire about this and was told the the rep would call me before the end of the business day. I did not receive a call. My $1400 payment is due in less than a month and I trying to work with a company that will not communicate with me.

Desired Outcome:
I would like to speak to a representative and have my monthly payment either deferred until I have graduated or lowered to a price that I can afford. They are setting me up for default. I did not sign up for this.
