Problem:I have been paying my student loan to this company since October of 2013 and I have not received a statement from this company yet. I made a complaint back in August of this year and Navient called me and they still have not sent me a statement. They are receiving a monthly payment from me, however they want me to go online to view my account. I feel like I am forced to go online and that is not what I want to do. I want to receive a statement so I can see what my remaining balance is with my loan. Currently right now I don't know my balance because I never receive a statement. Please help with this issue the last claim I submitted the ID number is [redacted] please help me get on top of this with this company. Navient is wrong and they feel like I am suppose to call the United States Postal Services to track my statements that is not the way it works. Navient told me that my statements are mailed out on the 13th of every month to me that sounds crazy because my payment is due on the 12th of the month. Please help me.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Contact by the businessselectDesired Outcome:I need my statements mailed to me at my home!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. They sent me a copy of my master promissory note and basically told me that I was already being helped because I was in a rate reduction program. This program lowers the interest rate on the loan and you pay interest only payments. I've been making interest only payments that DO NOT help me pay off my loan. All this program does is pad the pockets of Navient while those who are actually trying to pay their loan(s) off STAY in debt.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I spoke to a [redacted] at Navient on September 17, 2015. I explained that I felt that Navient's business practices are fraudulent because their statements show payments that I never made and the fact that they changed the amount they claim I owe them (3) times. I also requested from Sallie Mae, the original lender, a statement that showed I owed $0.00, which I provided to Naveint. No one has ever called me back to respond to my inquiries. [redacted] told me that he would be sending me something in the mail and as of today's date, October 1, 2015, I have received nothing in the mail. I reject this because there has been no resolution, I have been ignored again. This continues to affect my credit score as it appears on my credit report. This company needs to be investigated for fraud.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
