Problem:I am currently only working part-time and the cosigner for my student loans is struggling financially as well. We have proven to Navient at least three times that we are currently unable to make the payments they are asking for monthly. For the fifth time now, they have accepted me into a program to lower my monthly payments, started taking payments out of my account, and then later denied the program. It is unacceptable to take months of payments out of my account and then later decide to deny me the lower payment program. I am fed up with this unprofessional company and its employees who have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I believe that they only accepted me into the program initially to appease the Revdex.com the last time I complained, and now they are taking back the resolution to this problem.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Billing AdjustmentselectDesired Outcome:I want to continue making the lower monthly payments that we had previously agreed upon. I cannot afford to pay any more than that per month.

Problem:Navient is the administrator for my student loans (account [redacted]). Navient sent me a letter dated 5/6/15 stating I am on the Income-Based Repayment plan and owe them $14.95 a month. Navient sent me a letter dated 7/6/15 stating my loans are in deferment and that I owe nothing until 10/1/15. Navient sent me a letter dated 8/16/15 stating I owe them 7 payments of $9.72 by 10/6/15, 139 payment of $397.31 by 5/6/16, and 6 payments of $133.29 by 12/6/27. Navient can't seem to get it straight.Translate    Desired Outcome:1. Navient needs to decide how much I owe them per month. 2. Navient needs to send me a monthly invoice for how much I owe them.

Problem:I have sent multiple letters to each of the multiple address associated with Navient. I have requested that these 10 accounts be validated. I have contacted Illinois Attorney General regarding matter as well. This company has made several violations of FDCPA in attempting to collect the alleged debt. They also continue to report to the credit bureaus with incorrect information. They have reported multiple accounts under different names and addresses, yet all are in fact Navient. Navient has also violated the cease and desist with out proper validations. have placed the accounts with National Enterprise Systems. I am not aware of any indebtedness to Navient or National Enterprise Systems. these are very misleading practices when trying to have this matter resolved.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Correction to a credit reportselectDesired Outcome:Either provide authentic contracts creating an obligation to these multiple companies or remove all inaccurate information from credit report. Best regards

I feel this is horrible customer service.  Nothing has been provided to help individuals like myself with hearing impalementissues.  I will be filing a separate complaint to the US Government Department of Justice regarding violations made by Navient that pertain to the ADA laws through this website listed as a civil rights violation https://www.ada.gov/complaint/

Problem:
I have 3 separate loans with Navient and have previously always enjoyed doing business with them. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that they were reporting that I was late on my payments. As a college student I do not have much on my credit report aside from these 3 accounts with Navient. I had payments reflecting as late which are now on my report, which are inaccurate as all of my payments were deferred. These late payment inaccuracies have now stopped me from being able to do anything with my credit. I was told that all of these would be deferred. I called and spoke to [redacted] Id: E75057 who was nice, but unable to help me. She didn't seem to understand the deferment process. I gave her the dates the late payments were reflecting and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor is named [redacted]. [redacted]'s ID number is E64170 according to [redacted]. He refused to take my call and stated that he would only speak to me if I uploaded information to the Navient website or sent him the information for him to review. I promptly sent the information via fax and called back to confirm receipt. I spoke to [redacted] whose ID number is E64347. I asked to speak to [redacted], but no one was able to locate him. When I asked for another supervisor, Dee's supervisor found [redacted] who then refused to take my call and told me he would give me a call the following business day. Ultimately, I am a student who was hoping these loans would help me build my credit profile. Navient has hindered my score in what seems to be an attempt for me to stop getting other lines of credit while diminishing my current credit record. If you are a student looking to build credit with your student loans you may want to skip past Navient.
