We have been attempting to
contact the customer via telephone and email regarding the agreement we sent
her, but the customer has not yet returned our messages. We look forward to
hearing back from the customer and amicably resolving this matter.

The local Customer Service Manager spoke with the customer on December 27th and offered to replace the installed carpet for only the customer’s cost of the labor. The customer advised he will speak with his wife regarding our offer.

The one (1) year labor warranty lapsed on the customer’s carpet in 2013, however for customer satisfaction and goodwill, we have offered to re-stretch at no cost to the customer. The installers arrived as agreed, but were...

unable to perform the service as the carpet is in disrepair. We have requested a 3rd party inspection to determine if there are any manufacturing concerns with the carpet.

The local office contacted the customer and has scheduled service for January 2, 2016 per the customer's request.
