The local office attempted to speak with the customer on October 9th, but had to leave a voicemail.Since we do not have the specialty parts required to finish the job, we have offered to reimburse the customer for a contractor to provide the specialty part. We have also offered alternative suggestions to resolve this matter amicably.

No one will return my phone...

calls and are not standing behind the promises their sales rep made at time of sale. The carpet is no also developing buldges underneath. Company is also not addressing damage done to personal property, burn mark on wall and picture during installation from lights.

I am rejecting this response because:company is not standing behind the promises made on their behalf by the sales rep: product will be better than what we had and that there is a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee; neither of which are true. The sale was made under fraudulent claims. Also, product is now showing issues with large, hard buldges underneath the carpet. Also, company has not addressed damage to personal property during installation, burn mark on wall and hanging picture from lights installers hung. The company is not working with me, because no one will call me back. We have made multiple attempts to contact and work with them. It is apparent they do not stand behind promises made, they will lie to make a sale.
