We thank the customer for contacting us regarding their concerns. The refund was processed on July 11, 2017, and can take 7-10 business days to be reflected on the finance account.

I am rejecting this response because:A voicemail message was left in Spanish about 2 weeks ago...

which is not professional to assume language preferences in America where we speak English. A voicemail was left by sales manager from the Orlando office last week which was returned Sunday advising hours of availability. It appears the business would rather blame the customer for not being available after two attempts to contact the customer and the customer advised Sunday, March 12th, 2017 that the time of availability would be regular business hours, therefore Monday...Come Tuesday, this is the response...Most importantly, the messages are speaking of rescheduling the missed appointment losing the emphasis on the inconvenience this has created over all from day one. The dismissal of the company is clearly poor customer service execution. I will nolonger seek compensation nor business through this company.
