[redacted]Empire has told me in three separate occasions that they would return my call. First they said that they had to talk to the salesman to make sure the window treatment was a gift, part if a promotion since I accepted the flooring offer. They never called me back, that was more than a month ago. Then another person called and said they wanted me to explain the situation to them a second time and that they would return my call the next day. They dint return the all the next day. I've called and left messages but I don't believe that Enpire wants to right their wrong

Inspection was completed on August 21st and forwarded to our internal inspections department for review. We will reply to the customer directly once the review has been completed.

addressed the other issues I've had in reguards to the blinds being delivered with the control rods and strings being on the sides I originally ordered   The missing wands are the smallest part of the issue. My complaints with the company about the order not being delivered to the specifications I ordered are being completely ignored.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and do not find it completely satisfactory but understand there is little more that can be done. The company did offer a small discount on the agreed upon services but the lack of respect to me as a customer I feel is still unacceptable. I am not expecting any other type of resolution from them as all services have been completed at this time but the company needs to know that I am far from pleased on how my wife and I were treated on the many phone calls we exchanged in order to resolve the issue multiple times. Also it is completely unacceptable to cancel appointments the morning of and then fail to make the next appointment that was agreed upon. There seems to be no accountability in this company.
