I am rejecting this response because: After what seemed like an encouraging initial contact in which there was discussion of releasing my Recoverable Depreciation check in full, I later received a call asking for more receipts to verify completion of roof and gutters--some of the same items that Travelers Insurance and PennyMac had already verified.  PennyMac is now back to "reviewing my request."

I am rejecting this response because: Customer service, loss draft department, escallations dept. I was assigned to Karen from escallations to assist me and she says she has tried to request information on what is going on and even she doesn't know what is happening. She doesn't know why they are not releasing my claim funds. She told me to contact a Samuel H[redacted] that he will be able to assist me and let me know why they are not giving me the money but he never answers my phone calls nor calls me back. Customer service is Horrible they don't know what is happening. Please help me.

I am rejecting this response because:I've made a clear statement last time. I'm still waiting for the letter from PennyMac. Before my request is fullfilled, I have to reject to keep the case open.Followed messages copied from last time.I am rejecting this response because: In PennyMac's response I will receive letter in 30  BUSINESS days, which means 42+ calendar days, and Revdex.com will only keep the case open for 7 days if I didn't respond. Also In PennyMac's response, it will be a "letter of explanation", no refund promised, although they did say this on the phone. But to be remembered, based on my previous communication history with PennyMac, they also promised me to refund for 3 times but didn't.  As a result, I have to reject to keep the case open until I received the refund. Read in PennyMac's response:     A detailed letter of explanation will be sent to Mr. Huang under separate cover within 30 business days.  Read in Revdex.com's letter:Please respond within 7 days or the complaint will be closed as assumed resolved. Regards,Z[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: As I mentioned in my May 11, 2015 this issue has been going on since January, 2015. It was only until you contacted them that they took this matter seriously.  The simple fact is that they refused to work with Citibank (my bank) to credit my account for 708.62.  They have used many excuses to delay crediting this payment. Now it is in the PennyMacs fraud department. I was told that I would be contacted by the Fraud department on May 20 and once again they did not call me.The fact is that the $708.62 was cashed by either PennyMac or Bank of America and no one is taking responsible for this.  This matter is not resolved!!!! Please post this so other people don't have the misfortune of acquiring a mortgage with PennyMac.

I am rejecting this response because: it is now July 28, they told us we were to close Monday July 27. They then told us 45 minutes before closing that we could not close this month.  The reason they said was because the July mortgage had to be paid,  which back in the beginning of July they told us not to pay.  This company is horrible with guests relations. We never want to deal with them again or anymore

I am rejecting this response because:On June 4th, PennyMac did schedule a closing for our refinance.  However, in the closing documents, the birthday for my wife was listed incorrectly and our street name was misspelled.  In addition to this, PennyMac included three "Credit Directive Letters" for us to sign which were not discussed with us.    We contacted [redacted] M[redacted] on June 4 during closing to address how to resolve this matter and proceed with closing.  After Ms. M[redacted] conferred with underwriters and her manager on June 4, my wife and were advised not to sign the letters and return them as "unsigned" in closing documents to PennyMac.  On June 4 at 5:04PM MT,  it was stated, PennyMac will not pay off the three accounts as identified in February 2015, and PennyMac will issue one check from refinance.  The closing documents which PennyMac had us sign on June 4, did not reflect the change of stop payment to three identified accounts.  I emailed [redacted] M[redacted] on June 5 to address items for correction on closing documents from June 4 and she has responded.  Please see attached documents for correspondence.  At this time, the refinance with PennyMac is not complete and fully corrected.
