I am rejecting this response because:  No one from Penny mac Has reached out to me and has neither called or explained anything. They did send me a generic letter stating that everything was correct but they did not show me any evidence in the way of and actually statement and how the numbers add up. I want to see a copy of the pay off statement dated May 25th, 2016 and the then the way the payoff was calculated. They refuse to show me the numbers at they relate to the pay off quote I received from may 25th. I made my May 2016 payment so in my opinion the interest should have been much lower. They charged me interest from May 1st, 2016 but They fail to recognize that I paid my may payment but they did not calculate that fact into their calculations.

I am rejecting this response because:  first and foremost I understand that PennyMac wants to clear their name but making up lies is not the way to resolve this.  I have not received any phone calls (voicemails or missed calls) from any PennyMac representative on August 20, 2015 or August 24, 2015.  Additionally, I sent two emails to PennyMac C.O.O. S[redacted] on July 31, 2015 and August 5, 2015 to give him a chance to resolve this matter and I received no response to my emails.  I received the email address from a PennyMac customer service representative and checked it with the email address from the PennyMac website.I just want to resolve this matter quickly but after 8 calls to PennyMac customer services, that ship has sailed.In case PennyMac claims to have the wrong phone number for me, my phone number is ###-###-####.  Have them "actually" call me at their first opportunity.

I am rejecting this response because:  There is no recourse, there response is to Ms. J[redacted], who is that, obviously they do not care about me, any customer or the Revdex.com in general.  There has been nothing new besides a basic explanation of why I've been charged an extra 2000 dollars, no acceptance of responsibilities that they are at fault, they made the mistake, they stated the price that would be charged.  They can't even get my  name right, this is a joke.
