I am rejecting this response because: The response in effect says nothing. However, after contacting the Revdex.com and other agencies, PennyMac finally released the funds. New letters from PennyMac stating the loan is under review are hopefully not punishment for having filed this and other complaints.

I am rejecting this response because I have not received any  phone calls and/or voice messages from Penny Mac on 7/29/16 regarding this matter.  In addition, when I contacted Penny Mac regarding the fees on my account I was told the fees were instituted for photos taken of my home to a ensure the home was not abandoned.  The reason for these fees are ludicrous and not a business practice I was aware of at all.  I have not received any mail to date regarding this complaint either.   If Penny Mac is sending any documents to my via mail as they state, they note within 30 days.  This complaint will need to be open at least that long or until I receive the documentation.

I am rejecting this response because:  Again, the Agency has failed to call and provide information I am requesting.  A letter in 30 days is NOT ACCEPTABLE considering that previous letter they failed to do anything.  I am still waiting for a call in which some is going to send our refund and make the necessary correction to our mortgage.  Pennymac is known for stalling and not being responsive to Revdex.com and other organization.  Pennymac has my phone number and email address; thus there is no reason for the nonresponsiveness that seems to be Pennymac.  Please get Pennymac to provide an immediate written response to me by email as to the status of our refund and review of our mortgage.

PennyMac did in fact contact us this afternoon to let us know that the late fees incurred were in fact deposited back into our escrow account. We are pleased to report that this is in fact the case and we feel that this matter is now closed.

I am rejecting this response because: In PennyMac's response I will receive letter in 30  BUSINESS days, which means 42+ calendar days, and Revdex.com will only keep the case open for 7 days if I didn't respond. Also In PennyMac's response, it will be a "letter of explanation", no refund promised, although they did say this on the phone. But to be remembered, based on my previous communication history with PennyMac, they also promised me to refund for 3 times but didn't -- they've ruined my trust and patience.  As a result, I have to reject to keep the case open until I received the refund. Read in PennyMac's response:     A detailed letter of explanation will be sent to Mr. Huang under separate cover within 30 business days.  Read in Revdex.com's letter:Please respond within 7 days or the complaint will be closed as assumed resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting their response. They have been "Investigating" this matter for months. And all I have gotten from PennyMac is the run-a-round by either phone, or letters stating that "we are reviewing your case." PennyMac has been attempting to explain the mechanism on how the forced insurance was placed upon my property, but nothing they claim has made any sense. They have ignored requests, which appears to be an omission by intention and does not constitute a full response to mine and my attorney's requests. Even their response to the Revdex.com is vague. Bottom line, PennyMac is cheating homeowners out of their money by placing these "forced placed insurance" policies on their property, then telling the homeowners they owe them the money. PennyMac hasn't forwarded a master copy of the insurance they placed on my property. So they can say I owe this money, but bottom line, they can't prove it. Many homeowners would just pay the money, and then PennyMac can pocket it. Where is the proof that you purchased over $4,000 dollars in homeowners insurance for my property PennyMac? PennyMac needs to be fully investigated for their unfair and deceptive trade practice. If they do this sort of thing to one homeowner, chances are, there are many others. Shame on you PennyMac!
