regards to my complaint. This is what happened last time. They responded to the complaint the Revdex.com passed on to PennyMac by saying they would look into it. PennyMac never looked into the problem, and the Revdex.com just dropped it. Now my mortgage balance went up.

I am rejecting this response because: PennyMac called me one time, during work hours when I could not answer. I returned that call and left a message. They never called me back after that. I then got a letter saying I still owe for their accounting error and payment will go from around $650 a month to $890 (a very large increase in my budget for a single person household). I'm disappointed by their mismanagement of the largest fiscal investment in my life and by their response to their error. I have little confidence that this will be rectified without taking a hit to my wallet and I have little confidence this won't happen again. I feel very stressed that they are not calculating my payment properly and putting my payments where they need to go.

I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted by a K[redacted] on Friday Nov18th and she was goIng to contact me today Nov 21st regarding this! I feel a written response is not acceptable to get back to me regarding this since my payment for Dec is almost due! This issue hopefully will be addressed today but until it is I am following through my complaint! I am at work and should be allowed more than 30 minutes to respond! This nowfor me has taken me away from my Job over 2 hrs plus my husbands job for almost 5 hours when we have sent all the documents proving it was posted and deposited in PennyMac account my bank is willing to fight this all the way as well! Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I spoke to my Attorney on Monday.  She explained to me that it is a Federal and State Law that PennyMac Loan services must report my mortgage payments to the credit bureaus.  I was also advised to file a complaint with one of the credit bureaus as well.  I am currently paying taxes on the part of my modification that pennymac describes as " forgivable". I received a 10-99 C. Also, my bankruptcy has nothing to do with this company. My bankruptcy was dismissed and I have assumed all debts and they have been paid or are being paid. Lastly, pennymac was not included in my bankruptcy and again it was dismissed not discharged. My attorney advised that that holds no relevance because it's against federal and state guidelines and law for Pennymac to fail to report my payments. And this is causing me a hardship. My credit scores reflect low scores. I have been paying my mortgage for almost two years with no late payments. This needs to be resolved ASAP. My life is on hold regarding finances and moving due to this disservice to me. Please fix this. I'm sure others are going through the same thing.  This should be publicly exposed for other customers of PennyMac.

I am rejecting this response because:According to my records, the information stated in the response from PennyMac is untrue.  The last call that I received was today (9/29), and it was an automated message "regarding the status of my account" and requesting that I give them a call back.  Prior to today's call, the last call of any from PennyMac was on 9/24, and, again, was the same automated message.  This would mean that at the time that this response was sent by PennyMac, they had not reached out to me after the 9/24 call.  I, however, did reach out to PennyMac one last time, prior to filing a complaint, on 9/26 to confirm that PennyMac would offer no assistance on the issue of a PennyMac employee signing for the receipt of delivery of my mortgage check (as can be seen in the attachment) and then misplacing.  I received no call on 9/28, and any direct mail that I have received is in regards to my account being past due, directly related to this lost payment, or, as on 9/25/16, giving me possible foreclosure options because it would "seem" that I am unable to make my payments.  I have also tried numerous times to communicate and reason with PennyMac, as has my bank that issued the check, but could not come to any resolutions, which is why I have reached out for help.
