I am rejecting this response because:PennyMac's response is not a resolution, it's an excuse for them to dismiss the issue without coming to a reasonable agreement. For PennyMac to state that they are "working on it" in hopes this will close the case is very poor. I am being deflected and this matter is not being taken seriously. I am extremely disappointed in PennyMac's antics. I was charged an illegitimate fee, PennyMac could not substantiate their claim to this fee, and now they are refusing to address the issue.

Complaint: 11840725 The reason why I reject this response is because a representative called me and left a message. When I tried to call back, a few times that representative did not answer. I finally left a message and still have not received a call back. They did not speak with me at all about the matter. They do not seem too concerned with it either. I am currently awaiting response from my attorney as to what my next step should be to resolve my problem
