I am rejecting this response because: I will not be fully satisfied until I have received the money that I paid out of "my" pocket to my home owners insurance and receive an answer as to where the money I paid into Escrow wentAdditionally, I want an apology for having to call PennyMac customer service on occasions to be told each time from July 13, to August 21, "the check is in the mail" or "if check isn't in the mail now, I will ensure it will be tomorrow" I would llke PennyMac to consider the following: I have a concern that I am not a person who pays bills late and do to no fault of my own and all the fault laid at the door of PennyMac, my reputation and credit score may very well have been damaged, to what extent I am still not sure My home owners insurance was due to be paid by PennyMac on June 27, and was not paid until August 19, when I paid it out of my pocket eventhough, I received promise after promise that the " check is in the mail "This is something I absolutely want at a minimum, considered
