I am rejecting this response because: they will not show me the legal reason for not paying my taxesAnd also they have increased my monthly mortgage payments per month by $I have been researching the internet about penny mac and over complaints from other penny mac customer with the same problemsThis company needs to be really dealt withPlease we need to stop them from hurting people.I have not missed a paymentAlways pay ahead of the due date

I am rejecting this response because:I called and left a message with Clint on:7/2/20157/8/20157/10/2015No response was received until he called and left a message on 7/16/2015.I was overseas and the message was received at night time I returned to the US the following morning and returned his call.The summary of our conversation was that he had done research and listened to prior calls.He had escalated the matter, but No resolution was made.He confirmed that I was told on the recordings that the original appraisal was sufficient.The PMI is still on my account, despite being at 75% loan to value and being told the original appraisal was sufficient.As nothing has yet been done to close the complaint, I reject their attempted closure
