I am rejecting this response because: I have not received a call from the business "PennyMac" as they state on their responseI do want to talk to someone from the escalation department, to discuss the solution I requested of refunding my escrow monies, as of a result of a bad business process gap taken place at the time of the mortgage sale between "JP Morgan Chase" Seller and buyer "PennyMac"
