To whom this may concern with respect,
I have had a mark on my credit report from 10/28/I have recently sent a debt validation 05/15/with out a response backI believe this debt is from 2009/when I had medicare for my daughterI was covered and any bills should have been covered I made a complaint previous to today and I did not receive any document on this alleged debt, the only thing that was put on my credit report was conumer disputes debt, this debt meets fcra requirementsPlease I ask you to delete this off my credit report, because I have never received any type of information validating this request after multiple trys

I have repeatedly informed you that the entrance on my credit report is wrong yet you have refused to take action to remove itIf necessary I will take steps to begin measures to forcibly have you remove the negative entry

At first I thought this company was like all other financial companies, but they genuinely care about their clientsThey offered me plenty of solutions to aid me with my medical billingAwesome customer service and great staff!

Thank you for your response back, but this did not answer my question in fullUnder Texas Financial code all debt validations from being received need to be validated or the debt must be taken off a consumers credit reportPlease provide me with a tracking # so I can see why I did not receive the letterAlso I am still unclear of what this debt if for, please provide me with any paper work from the original debtI have asked politely and hope this will be resolved by answering my response

Aetna made an error in an initial claim by labeling it “Out Of Network”, but have since fixed this error and re-processed it as "In Network", as well as sent all appropriate payments to the original creditorI have also sent my payment portion to the creditorAetna has repeatedly confirmed that all processing errors are fixed and that all payments were madeThe original creditor may still have a billing error on their endI supplied all EOB's, Aetna correspondence, and proof of payments to CMRE and they have neglected to stop pursuing the debtAs a matter of fact, they didn't review/respond to my dispute of the debt at all, and continue to try collecting it

These guys seem to insist on wanting me to prove I did not incur this bill. I have told them I did not, and believe the burden of proof lies with them. Since I never have visited this service provider, I am sure they cannot provide proof. If you cannot help me resolve with these
people, I will next go to the CA department of Corporations to file a complaint, then to the CFPB and will retain counsel if none of that is successful

This Collection Agency placed on my credit report a derogatory account for my EX-HUSBAND of YEARS I have contacted them on different time and tried to have their error corrected they say I have to provide my drivers license, ss# and divorce papers I advised them I do not have to provide my drivers license or ss# to them as I do not have any business with their company I asked them for a letter stating this was taken off my credit report I emailed the divorce papers on 2/23/ They then changed my EX-HUSBANDS address to my address and send another demand for payment I want this to be corrected immediately They are unreasonable and yes when people constantly have to call they get upsetWell when that happens, you just get cut off Supervisors do not return calls I have left three messages for a supervisor If this is cannot be cleared up with the Divorce Papers as I was told it could by a previous supervisor, then I will be forced to take further action

I am being harassed from this companyI have sent the documentation multiple times that this bill for $was paid back in Nov I am tired of sending the documentation and getting calls from this company giving them the same story They need to get their records straight and stop calling and sending me mail as well

We were turned over to CMRE Finance in *** ** ** *** *** ** *** *** ** ***The amount is $and I offered to pay this amount with the condition that our account be deleted from their recordsCMRE Finance refuses to meet this conditionI was advised by our mortgage lender to request that our account be deleted from this company's recordsWhen you think about it, if you pay the amount why would a collection agency need to hold your account open? Our loan officer in the credit department also encouraged us to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and to solicit our attorney to forward a letter requesting that our condition be met

The consumer's complaint is that he located an item on his credit and believes he never received notification of the debtThe consumer's account was assigned to CMRE in October for a date of service in July The first notice was mailed to the consumer in November in compliance with
FDCPA, no mail was returnedThe consumer did send a letter to CMRE that was received in May with a request for validationWhat the consumer fails to state is the request for validation was over years beyond the validation period as described in FDCPAIn an effort to resolve this matter, I have placed a validation to the consumer in the mail today

The consumer has several accounts assigned to CMREDates of service being in through The first notice was mailed to the consumer on each account in compliance with FDCPA, no mail was returnedThe consumer's complaint states she had Medicare for her daughter, in none of the accounts was
the consumer's child the patientThe consumer was obligated to provide her insurance information at the time of service, the service provider's have no record of having received any insurance information from the consumerThe consumer refers to a previous complaint filed which was answered and closedThe consumer's accounts have been updated to report disputed status on all credit reported accounts

This company is demanding money over a *** *** *** *** bill and claiming I owe them $38.86, but the *** *** website's billing department has me owing a zero balance and no record of this billLooks like a scam to meI would give zero stars if this were an optionIt's highly likely that the one person posting a five star review among the one star reviews works for CMRE Financial Services

The account was credit reported prior to the consumer providing the billing informationCMRE normally would not remove the item from the consumer’s credit profile until the billing process is completed and the VOC either accepts or denies the claimHowever in the spirit of fairness CMRE has notified both Experian and TransUnion to delete this item from the consumer’s credit profileOnce the process is complete we will mail a letter confirming the deletion to the debtor at the address shown on this complaint

I previously sent CMRE Financial a validation letter under the fair debt collection practice act to validate what they claim that I owe them.All I received was an itemized list of alleged charges.This does not meet the Federal Trade Commission guidines of what constitutes proper debt validation.During my request of proper validation with CMRE Financial, I noticed that they are still reporting this collection on my credit report which is considered to be a collection activityThey are now in violation of the FCPDA, and are now subject to fines of $plus actual damages and attorney fees, which I may collect from you by filing a claim in small claims courtThese collection on my credit report are causing me severe problems in trying to purchase a home and the damage could lead into the $1000'sReporting such invaliated information to major credit bureaus might constitute defamation of character as the negative marks on my credit report harm my credit and prevent me from enjoying al
