Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
This is not to have such outages and my money was tied up in your system This issue was caused by you and you alone You need to take responsibility and pay for the consequences You cannot expect your customers to pay the price of your incompetence!
Just look at your own forums to see how many people complain about your outages and issues I would contest that you are even causing such downtime to manipulate the market
When you have such outages that cause serious damages to your customers you need to compensate them Not doing so is blatantly disrespectful, untrustworthy and downright horrible practice
I still stand by my request that you need to return $to me for the buy order that occurred while your alleged crash of your system This caused my money to be lost into your system with no way of selling or getting it back until well after you returned the platform to full service Of course this was after the currency purchased crashed and caused me to take a significant loss
In fact, if you do not compensate me for this loss I will bring this to authorities as fraud who will initiate a full investigation into your alleged system problems

The funds were available at time of purchase Buy was initiated on 8/1/with sufficient funds in the USD wallet A ticket was opened with Coinbase support on 8/7/since the buys were still in Pending A follow up email was sent on 8/11/after receiving no response to the original ticket Another Buy was initiated on 8/14/since I received no support from Coinbase for the same amount ($192.15) This transaction went through immediately The following day (8/15/17) is when the original Buys from 8/1/were magically cancelled for insufficient funds Keep in mind the price of BTC on 8/1/was about $ The price on 8/14/rose to about $
I opened another ticket on 8/16/with Coinbase support to get a resolution Still no response from Coinbase until now after I opened a Revdex.com case I do not accept the reason of "cancelled due to insufficient funds" If I were to receive a response to my original ticket on 8/7/in a reasonable amount of time to hold tight the Pending Buys will process there would be no issue
There are only proper resolutions to this situation Deposit of the BTC into my BTC wallet on Coinbase or Refund of $USD as this is the current value of the BTC that Coinbase cost me due to their issues

I am rejecting this response because: I am not in the wrong, Coinbase is the one allowing it, Casinos are recommending people to use you and these casinos are illegal cause they are not within the US terms or even in the US With them offering Coinbase as a deposit it's hard for anyone to know 100% if they are legal Why is that? Cause that's what Coinbase is (A Cover Up) To make people overseas rich and steal from people in the USA. Nowhere in the terms did I see it say that when I joined and not to mention it was a fake/illegal casino site that recommended me to youYou allowed this happen and it's your fault, I wasn't in the wrong and if it takes me filling a lawsuit against you to prove it I willAnd if I have to do all of that I will make sure the government knows what you are allowing cause you said it yourself "there is no way for you to track everything" So what else are you allowing?

You cannot just put anything you want in the user agreement and call it binding That is like saying as long as I write "we have the right to steal your money" in the so called "User Agreement" then I can steal your money! In fact an End User Agreement is only binding when said agreement is considered lawful and fair In this case you caused the issue\
The fact is you are responsible for this and you must pay for it Be prepared for legal action!
