It has now been business days and I still have no resolution on my frozen accountI have answered all your questions, accepted the results of your investigation, and have done all you have asked in terms of resetting my password and securing my iOS app, and yet you still have not released the freeze on my accountI understand the volume of support queries is high, but to be quite blunt, Coinbase support staffing issues are not, and should not be my problem
This is not a difficult case to resolve and only resolutions will be acceptable to me. Please, either unfreeze my account and allow me access to my funds, or release my funds to me immediately and close my accountYour inaction is costing me moneyAny further delay in allowing me to access my funds is intolerable and unfair in this extremely volatile market.
