I will be filing another complaint soon about not allowing users to withdraw all their fundsMaybe that too will prompt the company to change another of it's unethical behaviors

I've not been given any explanation other than the above which yet again gives me no further date of when my money will be returnedI have not had any response to my repeated requests for an update on any tickets raised explaining when to expect my moneyIf withdrawals are not working and you are allowing so many other users to fall victim to this then this is deception saying our money (which we depend on as a family) is arriving at a set date but in fact doesn't turn up and no explanation or time of arrival is given.
Not only was the money required urgently but it was taken out at a very low point of the crypto currency due to it been urgentAs a result I not only don't have my money or an expectation of when to expect it but I've potential totally lost 2x the money invested.
Until this is resolved I'll continue to make many other users aware on social media that you are not working within the law and are deceiving users.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have tried several times to jump through the hoops Coinbase now wants me to do to take my money out of my account with themI followed the link they did provide but my information was rejected againI want all the money in my account with Coinbase to be put back in my bank account they originally took it out from
They need to unblock my account.
To start I will be filing a complaint with Attorney General & Federal Trade Commission if this does not get resolved quickly
REASON FOR ALLEGATION FOR CRIMINAL THEFT:
When I initially established my account at Coinbase I submitted information on my identity included my drivers license and other verifying documentsThe information I submitted to Coinbase in establishing my account was sufficient for them to approve my account, authorize me to send money to my Coinbase account, and permit me to purchase cryptocurrency’sNow, I have been in formed while the information I provided them on my identity was sufficient enough to give them my money and invest with them, it is now NOT sufficient enough for me to sell my holdings and remove my money from my accountI am not asking for the money to be sent anywhere but to the account it originated from.
Holding my money in this way is tantamount to fraud and criminal theft. Sincerely,*** ***
