I want to thank Collins Comfort Masters for coming to my home and giving us a price quote to install a New AC unit in our home. Not only was the sales person who came to us (Garrett Openshaw) great at explaining everything to us but they got us in quick to install our system in 2 days. On install day this company sent us 3 employees who new exactly what they were doing, clean cut, cleaned up after themselves but explained everything to us on how to use the system and what each button was for. So thank you to Jose, Lujandro & Mo for an excellent experience on the install.

I had used this company on our first home that we owned back in early 2000's and so I took a chance on calling them again since they gave us an excellent experience the first time. I highly recommend Collins Comfort to all in Arizona.

My name is [redacted] and I live in Chandler. On Nov. 20th, Jose V and Lujandro from Collins Comfort Masters arrived at my home to install a new A/C and Heating unit. They arrived on time and were very courteous and did an excellent job of installing both units. They answered all the questions we had and were very efficient during the time they were here. Great service on my ac tune up

Our installation crew, Dan L[redacted] and Juan B. were excellent! Overall, the company as a whole gets 5 stars for communication, including scope of work, cost estimates, anticipated issues, scheduling appointments, verification of appointments and time, and installation process. During the installation of a mini split heat pump / AC unit, Dan and Juan were knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Cleanup for us afterwards was a breeze because Dan and Juan did it all. We would use them again and recommend them to our friends, family and the community.

I have been a customer with Collins Comfort Masters for 10 years now when they installed our new AC/Heating system. They are wonderful to work with and very customer service oriented. They are always on time for their service calls and have never had to reschedule. The technicians that come to the house are always very courteous and respectful of our home. I will refer them to anyone who asks because I highly recommend them! Kudos to Ricardo on our most recent service check up. He was awesome!

I recently had some A/C ducting installed in my home by Dan Long and Jujandro B. They both were very knowledgeable and demonstrated a high degree of professionalism. When they completed the job they vacuumed their work area. I was vey satisfied with their work.

Chia W, Chris B,& Angel from Collins Comfort Masters did a great installation of a new Lennox high efficiency air conditioning system in a shorter period of time than estimated and explained system well.

I had Collins Comfort Masters do a routine AC check up and I had the following problems:

1) their employee said I had to replace a part and it would cost $900. Once I explained it was under warrantee, it was covered, but they should have asked if it was under warrantee.

2) Their employee broke my attic ladder and I asked if the company had insurance to get it fixed. He said he would take pictures and report it to the company. Two week later they sent out a repair man and after looking at the ladder he would get back to me. A few days later the repair man said that there was a recall on the ladder and I needed to call Collins manager. the manager said that they thought it was not their fault that the ladder broke as it had a recall on it. I offered to pay for 1/2 the repair or replacement and no one called me back. I called to talk to the owner and I got his phone mail. I left a message that I needed to get into my attic and it has been three week since his employee broke the ladder. I stated that if someone did not call me by end of business today I would have to replace the latter myself and we could deal with his responsibility later. I received no call back. It has been over 3 weeks since they broke the ladder. I never had a problem with this ladder until their overweight employee broke it.

3) This company has no integrity and very poor customer service.

I suggest anyone looking for a responsible AC checkup or repair look some where else.

[redacted], and [redacted] were very competent, knowledgeable, and pleasant gentlemen to have do the installation of our new heat/ac system. They answered every question and even pointed out items I needed to know about that I would not have asked. We were very comfortable around these fine fellows and their upbeat attitude was a joy to experience!

This is to express appreciation for the prompt, courteous and profession service we received. [redacted] was professional and courteous. He explained thoroughly all the work that he did and completed all in a timely manner.

Our sales person; [redacted] explained the attention to detail the team would exhibit. Then [redacted] and his crew of [redacted], and [redacted] exceeded the advertised service. To promise big things, and then over-deliver is rare and has made us a client for life. Their attention to detail and their excellent customer service place them above any others I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot recommend the Collins Comfort Masters team strongly enough.

Our salesman was [redacted]. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the system to us and gave us our options. On the 21st of October our unit was

installed by [redacted]., [redacted] and [redacted]. They were very polite, professional and did a great job of keeping us informed as to how they were going to do things. We were very pleased with the 3 young men. They also did an awesome job of cleaning up after themselves. Job well done.

A thoroughly professional completion of plumbing work, including installation of

hot water heater and change of water shut off valves for the house. [redacted] was thoroughly professional in completing the work in a timely manner, leaving

a clean area at completion of work. I will certainly be a repeat customer for future

work, both plumbing and air conditioning.

Had Collins install my unit over 10 yrs ago and service has been great! Normally they send [redacted] who is always pleasant, does good work and makes sure no dust remains after coming out of the attic. Would recommend them for heating/AC problems. Sure will consider them should I have to replace my unit.

I recently had a brand new Lennox 14 SEER / 4 ton AC unit installed by Collins Comfort and was extremely satisified with their service from start to finish. They were very pleasant and professional and took the time to answer all my questions. They made sure to communicate with me during the install, even when they were going to lunch and when they would be back:)

Collins Comfort was not the cheapest quote I had but they were also not the most expensive, they were right in the middle. I had a friend who had a new AC unit installed by a different HVAC company (a really cheap price) and they did a horrible job and stole jewelry out of his house - needless to say I did a ton of research prior to hiring Collins Comfort and they did great - just as all the other reviews stated.

I had a new AC installed a few weeks ago through [redacted] vendor Collins Comfort Masters. After four estimates they seemed like the best all around deal with a Lennox unit and of course nothing can beat [redacted] backing. [redacted] and [redacted] showed up on time, did a great job explaining everything and went above and beyond to help correct some of my duct work where there were leaks. They tested the unit before they left to make sure everything was running correctly, all around great experience I would highly recommend these guys and if you have a [redacted] membership go through them an you'll get a cash card for 10% of the purchase which you can cash out. Plus they offer a military discount.

Outstanding experience! Annual HVAC inspection. Bill partially paid for by[redacted]. Fred was our technician. He was exceptional. Our overall experience was a 10! Definitely will use them again.

I use Collins for my home and my rental property. Always professional, on time and very neat.

We had the misfortune of our A/C quitting on Saturday afternoon. This was a 13 year old Trane unit that we had Collins Comfort install and it gave us good service. I figured we would have to sweat it out until Monday or pay a higher weekend service rate, but I was mistaken. They sent Konner out within an hour of my call and unfortunately the news wasn't good. He called his office and scheduled a salesman out for the next day (Sunday). James came out at 8 AM and went over our options and we set up the installation for the next day. Everyone was great. Armando, Juan and Duran were the installers and they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves nicely. We have used Collins Comfort for thirteen years and will continue to do so. It's nice to be cool again.
