Collins Comfort Masters

I have used Collins Comfort Masters twice. Once about a year and a half ago when they installed a new A/C unit on my home and the second time was, on 11/30/2015, when they came in short notice to repair a leaking water pipe in my kitchen wall. Both times Collins did a super job and when they were finished with the job they left the site clean and everything working perfectly. Technician Cameron, found the cause of the water leak and repaired the pipe with nominal damage to done the wall. Collins Comfort Masters will be the first company that I will call if I need heating, cooling or plumbing in the future.

I want you to know that I had a great experience with John L. and Armando G from Collins Comfort Masters when they installed my new Lennox Heat Pump. There was a matter of covering an existing hole that went under my house by the vents. They did some tin bending for me and covered it up. They were very nice, and considerate. When Ricardo came out to check my service a week later, all went well then also. He answered any questions I had and was also very nice.

David did an excellent review of my air-conditioning and systems professional I felt chest or the knowledgeable and share that knowledge with this customer. I will be a return customer but will request David

The basic AC installation was very good. The problem arose with the overall AC installation. The duct work should have been examined and issues resolved up front. Our home air flow was not acceptable and was discussed early on. They basically ignored the issues until I raised the issue again. It cost us $1,300 to get resolved what should have been resolved immediately. At another property we still have duct issues and the returns were NOT the size specified. They installed a different size return with no communication to me. Next AC install will be specified and the specification signed by us and [redacted], or another AC Service. Note: We have 3 additional propertied that will need Units installed in the next 1-3 years.

One property was done correctly and new duct work installed.

The statement at the end of this $600.00 invoice says it all!!

Collins Comfort Masters has been my supplier of "Cool" and "Warm" for ten years or more. They appear when they say they will, work quickly and go away. Isn't that just about what should happen. Plus that I seldom have to call and have somebody return because it wasn't fixed right the first time. Today their service guy "[redacted]" was here and I received the same level and quality of service again. Sure I will sign up for more of that anytime.

We unexpectedly found ourselves having to replace a [redacted] furnace/ac that had only about 6 years of use. After searching several other options and dealers, we decided to purchase a [redacted] through [redacted], which introduced us to Comfort Masters. From scheduling the initial appointment, to [redacted], the rep that came to our home and explained the options to the installation (which went quicker than we expected) it was an extremely positive experience. Our installers, [redacted]., [redacted]., and [redacted]. were polite and very professional. They explained everything thoroughly during and after the install. The work looks great - they even suggested moving the AC unit further away from the corner of the house - which looks much better now - and was greatly appreciated! They cleaned up thoroughly before they left as well. All in all, we would HIGHLY recommend Comfort Masters - and particularly this team of installers - to anyone we know!

Collins came out to do my annual HVAC check-up. In that visit, they pointed out several issues with one of my units.
They gave me a detailed description of what needed to be done, explained it thoroughly and provided an estimate of the costs. I scheduled the work to be done this past week. [redacted] and [redacted] were the installers who serviced my air handler. They were courteous, hard workers and went above and beyond to do a complete, customer pleasing job. They didn't skimp on materials and left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived. I'm very happy.

They put down tarps on the floor to protect my fllor from damage and dirt, which was great because my attic was pretty dirty.
They took time to answer my questions and explain to me the process and what steps they were completing.
They worked right through lunch and took only minor breaks.
I was extremely impressed with their positive attitude and work ethic.
I cannot speak for the rest of the installers at Collins, but I will recommend your company to all my friends and business associats who are in the market for your services.

I was fortunate enough to have the time to interview several a/c companies before making a selection to replace my smaller unit. Collins Comfort Masters was the last of eight companies interviewed and the process was tiring to say the least. [redacted], the salesman provided a pleasant experience to start the process. Unlike many others he was clean and pleasant to talk with explaining the process in detail without any high pressure tactics. All three of the installers had equally pleasant personalities. [redacted] and [redacted] provided a professional, clean installation that did not take forever. They know their job well.

Today I had mu annual service done on my A/C Unit. As always, the tech's are quite personable, friendly and professional. My tech today was [redacted], who went above and beyond the normal scope and made for a very pleasant experience. If you need your unit repaired, maintained or installed, these guys are great. I have been working with them since 2008 and have always been satisfied.

Excellent service. Great staff. Just had my fall/winter tune-up done by[redacted]. He was thorough, and efficient. Made sure I was satisfied before he left. Followed up with detailed invoice of everything he did.

I got my Lennox HVAC unit through [redacted] and was very impressed by Collins Comfort Masters and their crew. First I met a sales rep who was the owner's son and he was very informative and helpful. There was no pressure at all. He explained to me all elements of heating and cooling and with my budget we decided on a Lennox 2 ton 13 seer unit. And when I saw my 11 year old unit I was convinced I had made the right decision. It looked old and cheap compared to the new Lennox. We had a new heating and air-conditioning system installed in February by Collins Comfort Masters. We found them to be professional and efficient, as well as pleasant. We liked working with the estimator, [redacted], and we were very happy with the work done by installers [redacted]. and [redacted] A. They arrived on time, were pleasant guests in our home, completed the work as promised and didn't leave until they knew we were happy with the system's performance.

I had a great experience with Collins Comfort Masters. [redacted], and [redacted] did an excellent job with installation of our new AC, 4 new supplies, and an additional return in a two story ceiling. They came the next day after our order and presented us with all our options to locate our new vents. They were friendly and left the house very clean. I highly recommend this team and Collins Comfort Masters for the quality work and products.

Recently replaced my total unit with a 14 SER unit. The techs ([redacted]. And [redacted].) were great. They arrived when scheduled, very professional and completed the job the same day. Techs were willing to explain what they were and even found a connection problem in the attic. They also were very good at making sure they cleaned up the job site. Finally, they went over the entire system to insure I know how to operate. Even explaining the safety feature. I would highly recommend the company and will be using them in the future for maint, etc.

I am quite pleased with my experience with Collins. Upon initial contact with their organization I found Jorge to be patient, courteous, knowledgeable, in a word professional. The installers were similarly efficient, respectful and pleasant.

From start to finish, the two crews that completed the installation of two new Lenox air conditioning units at our home in one day are to be commended for their efficiency, attention to detail, and competency. We were impressed by the five Collins Comfort Masters employees - Jose V., Jhon L., Armando, Chris B., and Lujandro. Jose was extremely professional and made sure everything was explained during the process. Steve T[redacted], the Comfort Consultant, did an excellent job of estimating the cost and explaining advantages of specific cooling units during his estimation session.
