I had my Lennox unit installed a little over a year ago. I bought it through Costco. I figured if Costco promoted them, it was good enough for me. I was very happy with the quality of the unit, and the installation. I had a complex installation, since I also wanted to use my Mastercool unit. This required some difficult work on the part of the sheet metal dept.. I have found Collins and it's technicians to be the best that I have dealt with. I recommend them highly.?I had a free A/C checkup yesterday, a vibration was detected, and a tech showed up this morning to check it out. He has ordered some parts and is confident he will solve the problem.?It's difficult to find this level of service in the A/C trade.

I just had a new central air/heat system installed by Collins Comfort yesterday, replacing an original-to-the-house, 18 year-old system. The guys who came out to do the installation, Jose V and his partner (whose name I missed), arrived on time. They got straight to work and were professional and courteous and had the job wrapped up by 4:00PM. I found Collins via [redacted] (itself a strong reference). The salesman, Neil C, was also very good, laying out and making sure I understood all my options. After various rebates and credits ([redacted] Federal tax, etc.) we arrived at what I think is a very fair price.

Ryann S[redacted] was most helpful checking our unit. He made suggestions for the future of our unit and replacement information. He is an asset to Collins Comfort Masters. He is knowable and a genuine person.

I would like to say thank you to Collins Comfort Masters for their professionalism and expertise. Neil C[redacted] was our consultant and did an outstanding job of answering of all of my questions and helping us make our purchase one we were comfortable with with including rebates available, etc. Many thanks to Costco for the rebates and introducing us to this company. I was very pleased with the installation completed by Jose V. and his crew Dan L., Derek M., Lujandro, Juan B. Every single one of them were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Thanks to all of their hard work, I had an excellent experience. So far, I love my Lennox A/C units and they are definitely quieter than my previous units and the house is cooling off of so fast!

Collins Comfort Masters Employee [redacted], who is an HVAC Service Tech. is by far the most professional, honest, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable HVAC Service Tech. I have ever had in decades of AC and Furnace Service and Repairs.

I now have [redacted] only do all my service and repairs, and have had for the last ten years. I hope to have him continue for the next twenty years!

[redacted] & [redacted] were here last Friday for over 10 hours with a very difficult install. The space in the overhead for the unit was built 20 years ago for smaller units and it was extremely difficult to muscle the new components into place. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves very well.

I was pleased with the everything from [redacted], the salesman, to the installers, [redacted]. and [redacted]. They were very professional and the installation looks great.

[redacted] and [redacted] installed a [redacted] mini split in my garage yesterday. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after the installation. They answered all my questions and explained how the system functions.

Collins Comfort Masters was great. They were able to schedule a time convenient for me. They were reasonably priced. They ran on time. They found an issue that was under warranty and took care of that as well. Fred was extremely courteous and helpful I would highly recommend them.

I have been using Collins Comfort Masters for over 8 years, I also had them install a new A/C unit with Air Handler and I have never been happier. I have them check my unit twice a year, they just came for my Summer time check and [redacted] was great and did a great job.

I had two complete air conditioning/heating systems installed on 7/21/14 by Collins Comfort Masters. The crew arrived on time at 7:30 a.m., as scheduled, and completed the total job by 4:30 p.m. They were neat, clean, and left my home in spotless condition.

I recently had a [redacted] gaspack installed. This was my first experience with Collins Comfort Masters and my first [redacted] system. The salesman, [redacted], arrived on time, was informative and prompt in subsequent questions. The installation was above reproach. HVAC crew Technician ( [redacted]) installed 2 new HVAC to my home on May 18, 15. They just not good installation n good seal on my indoor units. They are arrived on time. Friendly and courteous. They also care my home property also. Walk in the house with shoe cover and put thing on my white carpet to prevent it dirty while doing their installation. Recommend to asian america homeowner. Most asian homeowner did not like all Technician walk in their house with dirty shoes.

We just had two A/C units installed in our home. We were impressed with our four

man crew. They worked in uncomfortable conditions (it was 112 that day) and still did a

great job. They were friendly, professional and cleaned up all debris. Our thanks go to [redacted] and [redacted].

Collins recently installed a completely new system in our home. This is the 2nd unit they have installed for us (one in a previous home) and they have always done a good job at a fair price. We thought the installers - [redacted] and [redacted]. - were excellent. They were patient with us and answered our questions thoughtfully and without any condescension. It's been a couple of weeks since the installation, and the new unit is performing flawlessly.

We are very happy with the installation of our new AC unit. Dan L[redacted] and Juan B., our installers, are dedicated and showing great workmanship. Despite a little hick-up with the part, they were able to finish the job on time, as expected. We are happy with Dan and Juan and with Collins.

On 2/16/17 I had Collins Comfort Masters replace my existing AC system with a new Lennox AC system (Costco deal). I must compliment everyone from the sales person (James) right down to the two technicians who removed my old system and installed the new system. Justin G and Daniel A were both wonderful technicians and did not shy away from a number of problems that were discovered during the install. Most if not all of the challenges were from the initial build of my home in 2006 but that was "no problem" for these two guys. It is not often that I spend this kind of money and come away with a feeling of great service and comfort. Excellent job!
