Collins Comfor Masters came to my home and put in plumbing for a laundry room sink. They were professional in EVERY way. The job was done just as I was told it would be and everything was neat and clean when they left (even though it was a rainy day!) I will not hesitate to hire them to do future work for me. The price quoted in the estimate was exactly as they said it would be. Great experience!!

I wanted to leave a review after John L., Armando G. and Mo finished my AC installation. They did a great job. John was very good at explaining exactly how the process would proceed and what needed to happen to get the install finished. All of them worked hard the whole time and had cheerful attitudes. They restored everything to exactly as it was when they arrived down to putting all of the things stored in the attic back. I am very pleased with all three of them.

As we are snowbirds, I like to have our a/c checked every year. Recommended by Costco, we arranged for an inspection. At $69.95 they were about double what others were offering - but I was told they were much more thorough, so ok. The tech was very professional and personable. He suggested a new p-trap for the a/c drain line. This would shut off the unit if the drain became plugged and prevent some serious water damage. As this had been suggested by a previous company, I thought I had better get this done. He told me that it would be $238.00 - installed. Although this did seem high to me - I agreed. He was done in about 10 - 15 minutes as I'm sure he had installed many of these before. But something was still bothering me - and the next day I googled the part - and found, from more than one source, that I could buy this EXACT p-trap for $26.30 - delivered. The installation instructions were VERY simple and I could have done this myself - but I am aware that many would not want to attempt this. I am well aware that companies need to be profitable but THIS IS NOTHING SHORT OF HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! Over $200 labor - read: $800 + per hour! Yes , it was my decision so my bad but I have enjoyed telling this tale to anyone who will listen.
I did contact the company and was told I would be contacted by the manager by the next day. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing from anyone.
So if you enjoy overpaying - and being taken advantage of - these are definitely the people to call.....

[redacted]. and [redacted] installed our new complete HVAC system on 4/23/14. Great guys, spent a long day here and were able to get the job done. The new system looks great, works super. I would feel comfortable about calling Collins Comfort Masters in the future for our HVAC needs.

The technician, [redacted], was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out on 5-9-2014 for a seasonal service (annual checkup). He determined the low-side pressure was too low and discovered the TXV valve at the air handler in the attic was clogged and needed to be replaced. He ordered the replacement part and installed it the following week. Our system is now in tip-top shape with an optimal 21-degree temperature split. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and technician.

I've used Collins Comfort Masters for years...their service people are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable...and on time! Very fair pricing, too. Excellent organization

On the day of the install, [redacted] and [redacted] where here on time and finished sooner than expected. Both were friendly, hard working and left everything to our satisfaction.

Had a problem with our condenser and [redacted] came right out, even after dark, and took care of our little problem and did a great job.

Truly, from the initial phone call to set up an evaluation, till completion I can only give the highest marks! My need for replacement of a quite in need 16 year old heat pump, had already had two other contractors visit, and my third choice was, as they say "the charm"!!! From [redacted] estimating, who has the knowledge and ability to answer my questions, combined with the impressive, aggressive and thorough install performed by [redacted] and [redacted] I saw nothing but a professional, courteous, positive experience. Also I must mention the gentleman who visited to measure and check on progress, who resides out here in AJ as well for his representation and totally plus comments regarding his employer was true confirmation I'd made the right choice! Prompt, courteous service. They had to order a part; called us when they said would and came out the same day to finish the job.

We purchased a new A/C system from Collins, and had it installed by [redacted] and his assistant were here on time, at 6:30AM to begin the job. They spread tarps on the floor to catch any dirt or debris, and worked in an efficient and knowledgeable manner to completer the installation in a timely manner. They were polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to refer this company and this employee to friends or family.

On 6/5/15, [redacted]., [redacted]., and Randy came to our house to install a new A/C unit. They arrived right on time, got straight to work, minimized the disruption to our household, were respectful and professional, and did a phenomenal job. We feel that we got a great product at a competitive price. We highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters.

I had a new system installed today by [redacted] and [redacted]. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism. The clearly took pride in the quality of their work, they ensured I understood the system, explained the technical aspects in terms I could understand, and answered all of the questions I came up with during the course of the installation. It was 112 today and you wouldn't have known it by the attitude of those guys.

Additionally, [redacted]. was the representative who came out and sold me the unit. Neil listened to my concerns and problems with my current unit, and took the time to research the best, most cost effective way to address those concerns.

a/c broke on a Sunday.called Collins Comfort thru [redacted] & they responded immediately. Salesman came out Monday. Installers, [redacted] & [redacted], came Tuesday, 7:a.m. & installed a/c,furnace,pipes,lines,everything! cleaned up, including vacuuming carpet. respectful of me & my house. would definitely recommend Collins & the salesman ([redacted].) & the installers. thank you.

I had Chris and Mo come in to fix my AC unit for the upstairs, but they truly went above and beyond. Kind, efficient, just did an amazing job!

They did a great job! I can't believe how incredibly quiet this AC unit is. I shopped around and ended up going through Costco for this purchase. Costco connected me with Collins.

Neil was my sales rep and he did a lot of calculations to make sure I got the right unit for my house, taking into consideration how my home faces and how many windows I had. He also inspected my current system and took photos of the system I had. No high pressure to buy, just provided me with facts and a good recommendation on a Lennox AC system.

Jose and Lujandro installed my unit. They worked very efficiently, and were very informative along the way. They even took care of an air flow issue I had before I even brought it to their attention. They knew exactly what the issue was based on how my system was set up in the attic. This is how knowledgeable they were and how well they did their job. When they left my home everything was very clean and I was left with wonderful evenly distributed cold air! I'm very happy and would highly recommend Collins Comfort Air.

Existing Gas AC/Heater was installed 1997/8. Chris W, Chris B and Boomer did a fantastic job. They discovered and addressed issues with air circulation, faulty
ducting, etc. and all this on a WARM AZ day, working in the attic. THey were competent and professional. I could not recommend a team nor a AC company higher than Collins Comfort Masters. Follow up has been good and continues due to the complexity of the work in this 50+ year old residence
