[redacted] and [redacted] just installed my A/C and handler. They were prompt, clean and worked efficiently. Job began about 7:30am and was completed about 3:00pm. Everything was left clean. They explained what they had done and instructed us on the operation of the new thermostat. Pleased with the unit and the install.

My gas water heater's pressure relief valve broke during a sediment flush. Collins comfort hvac repairman on an unrelated visit took a look at my valve and contacted the Collins master plumber. [redacted] came out several hours later and successfully repaired the valve. Timely help when I needed it. Both [redacted] who did my semi annual hvac checkup and [redacted] who repaired my water heater did professional work. The service was extraordinary considering the speed that the plumbing repair took, I.e. no waiting until tomorrow.

My recent spring A.C. checkup was done by [redacted] of Comfort Masters. His inspection discovered a out of specs capacitor, and a leaking gasket on the compressor fan motor. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous in his work.

Collins Comfort Masters installed my AC unit about 10 years ago. I've had them service it yearly since then. I can count on them doing what they said they will do. The unit continues to run properly.

Collins Comfort Masters installed a new rooftop A/C and heat pump for us this week. The installation crew was first class. [redacted] and [redacted] removed the old unit and installed the new one with great skill and professionalism. The new unit is centered and levelled and looks and works great. There was a problem with the existing wiring so [redacted] and [redacted] came out the next day to fix it at no extra cost. Both [redacted] and [redacted] are skilled craftsmen, but [redacted] is my hero since he was able to fix the wiring issue without having to attach an external conduit to the house. All in all, working with Collins Comfort Masters was the best consumer experience I've had in years and I've already recommended them to my friends and family members.

We have been using Collins Comfort Masters for several years after poor service from other companies. They identify and offer honest solutions at appropriate pricing.

Fred has been our service provider many times and is personable and professional. He has given us helpful information to help save costs on air and humidifier filters and how to block heat from our West windows.

As a scheduled maintenance appointment with CCM, technician ** provided called for advance notification of his arrival within the allotted timeframe and arrived as he indicated. CCM serviceman ** was very professional and throughough taking the time to explain all aspects of his service call.
CCM was recommended by a coworker 3 years ago and I had them replace a dead AC unit; I have been using them since that time and been very pleased with everyone I have dealt with at CCM.

Our experience with Collins Comfort Masters has been outstanding - from bid, to contract to installation. Our salesman was personable, knowledgable and made himself available when we needed him. They arrived during the window as scheduled, kept us informed throughout the day, cleaned up after themselves all with pleasant,professional attitudes. We will certainly contact Collins them when it is time to replace our second unit and recommend them to anyone in need of air conditioning/heat pump replacment.

I just replaced my AC/heating replacing my 'Trane' for a Lennox system. Collins was the vendor chosen for the installation. The two gentlemen who did the install did a wonderful job. So detailed were they, you'd think they were doing it for themselves or a family member! Very knowledgeable and professional. I watched the entire install. Shortcuts taken by the original installer of our old equipment, were pointed out and corrected for this install.The work performed by [redacted] and[redacted] was fantastic! When the job was completed they cleaned up so well I wanted to tip them! Definitely now my vendor of choice to maintain my AC.

We had two new A/C units installed on March 26th, 2015 by Jose V. And Daniel A. They were extremely professional, polite and did an excellent job, even going beyond what was expected by removing an old evap cooler that we no longer used.

Collins Comfort Masters was professional and courteous. Travis arrived on time and kept us informed about everything he found while tuning up our AC units. He offered to leave the units alone to allow us to get a second opinion. There was no pressure and the repairs were done quickly and completely. We needed freon and there is nothing cheap about that. We would call them again without hesitation.
