Collins Comfort Masters

Collins Comfort Masters had their team [redacted] and [redacted] install a new air conditioning unit and air handler on our home yesterday. They did a tremendous job and were very professional and cleaned up after their work. We are so pleased that we chose this company to purchase and install our equipment from and are impressed with the quality of people they have working with them.

We have used Collins Comfort Masters for several years and today we utilized their inspection services. Their technicians [redacted] and [redacted] did a great job and inspected our unit in a professional manner.

I've been a customer of Collins Comfort Masters for almost ten years now. I wouldn't do business with anyone else. Last summer I purchased their $119 preventive maintenance service. This premium service comes with a one year warranty and I had to call them to schedule an appointment to check out my heat pump. [redacted] came out within an hour of me calling and he checked out the heat pump, air handler and thermostat. He found a broken supply damper and didn't have the part on his truck so he had the main office and warehouse bring one out so he could repair my comfort system. I can't say enough about [redacted] and Collins Comfort Masters. They are the best!

I have been using Collins Comfort Masters for a decade and have nothing but good things to say about them. Ten years ago when my old system died in the middle of summer they offered a wide range of options to fit my budget making it clear they weren't just out to make money off of a desperate situation. Since then I have recommended them to my own mother and to a close friend, and they too had a good experience. Lastly I faithfully schedule my summer and fall maintenance and the Collins Comfort Masters technicians are prompt, courteous and above all explain clearly what they've discovered in their maintenance. This kind of service is rare today and I always throw them my business, folks like this deserve to prosper.

I have used the services of Collins Comfort Masters Plumbing service division twice. Both times, the service rep they sent out was Cameron, who took what time was necessary to explain what he had to do, and completed the task within a reasonable time, and with professional skill. Each time, when he finished, he made sure that I understood what he had done, and made sure that I had no further questions before he left my house.

I wholeheartedly recommend Collins Comfort Masters, and particularly Cameron, to anyone I know who needs the services of a plumber.

Dan L[redacted] & Moe from Collins Comfort Masters installed a REME-H purifier and air-conditioner/furnace yesterday. They were early to the job, pleasant and efficient. When they left the job site, it was spotless.

Chris W, Justin G, and Moe installed our Lennox LRP14HP36P in Mesa on Dec 15, 16. They were very professional and did a great job, carefully explaining and showing me all I wanted to know. The equipment is great, although the test of time will produce the final opinion. They dealt kindly and professionally with a angry and upset neighbor afraid the unit would infringe upon her property, but it did not. They were all I expected and more.

We found Collins Comfort Masters to be very professional & easy to work with. Even though they replaced only one of our AC units they made improvements to the other existing AC to balance out air flow. We will look to them to replace the other unit in the future. The installers, [redacted]. & [redacted]. We're very knowledgable, efficient & easy to work with. They were very considerate of our home & did a good job cleaning up.

Jose V. and Dan L[redacted] showed up on time to install our new furnace and air conditioner. They were friendly, courteous, and professional as they went about their work and finished the install by the end of the day. They left the house as clean as when they started their work. We were very happy with the experience.

We had our summer check up today on our A/C unit. The technician who has performed our check ups for several years is [redacted]. He is very professional and knowledgeable; takes care not to track in to our home; spends the time to explain what he found and any issues we should be aware of. I would highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters for recurring maintenance or new unit installation.

This is just to say that our experience with Collins Comfort Masters was extraordinary. There work was complete and professional. We are happy with the product and especially happy with our installers, Jose V and Derek M. We would recommend this business to anyone needing air conditioning services.

We purchased a top-of-the-line Lennox AC/heating system. The product works well. The crew of John L, Armando C and Moe did a great job of installation of the system on one of the hottest days of the summer. Because of a error in the size of the ducts delivered for the job, the crew had to wait for delivery of the right materials. They put in a 10 hour day, except John, who stayed for 12 hours, making sure the job was complete, the system worked, and we understood its operation. We were extremely pleased with the whole process and would recommend Collins without reservation.

The people I contacted are very friendly and Fred came to my house almost every one or two years to check up the system and gave me some advice for several years, he is a hard worker. Thank you.

My experience with Collins Comfort Masters is only a positive one. FRom the initial sales call to the install, I am completely satisfied. I would like to recognize my team of installers, JoseV, Armando, Derek, and Lujandro. They worked hard from the minute they got here, and continued their pace all day long. Thanks again!

I was greeted (or lack there of) by an unfriendly person over the phone. I requested a price for a water heater installation. They tried telling me they wanted to send someone to the house. Really? Are you kidding me? Have they never seen a water heater before? I asked if they needed a permit, which I know is required, I only asked because he listed everything that was included, and he did not say a permit. So after asking, he said, I'm not sure? So after putting me on hold and checking with someone, he came back and said, nope, we don't need one. So, I called the City of Scottsdale Planning and Development just to double check and make sure their hasn't been any changes. THEY DO REQUIRE A PERMIT! Weird huh? Not really. They have no idea what there doing. How do I know? Because I am a licensed plumber and commercial plumbing inspector. DO NOT USE COLLINS!

We contacted Collins Comfort for the annual spring check up for our heat pump. The serviceman, [redacted], called and came promptly. He was courteous and knowledgeable, explaining what the service entailed. He entered our home after placing a doormat down. He used "footies" to cover his shoes when entering. The report for our system was thorough. He asked if we had questions about our service call. Information was left regarding the company and their services. No pressure to buy a service. As he left, he washed our air conditioning unit and explained how we should do this often. We will call them again in the future.

We had a new Lennox A/C system put in since we had a cooler we figured it was about time we upgraded! The workers we had were [redacted], and [redacted] I have to say these workers are one of the most amazing people ever they came in focused on there job 100%. Very polite and together they make a great team! I'm pretty sure it took them longer to get us settled in with our new A/C because we had a cooler so to set up everything must of been hard not to mention but the heat was outrageous! even that it didn't stop them !! I am oh so very pleased with your work!! I will totally recommend Collins comfort matters!! it is because of hard workers who care for there job like these men that make a company successful!! Especially [redacted] who took his time and had patience to walk is through everything how to use the thermostat and all that good stuff !! We just had a new AC unit put on our house today. I totally recommend this company to anyone that is looking for AC work. The salesman ([redacted]) was very helpful and took the time to sit with my wife and I and explain all the ins and outs of the different kinds of AC systems that are on the market today.

The techs who came out today and installed the unit were absolutely polite, and considerate in every way.

PS. We had another company that is listed as an A+ on this site come out and give us an estimate. Seems like when they left there were so many unanswered questions. I am glad we waited and talked to Collins.
