Collins Comfort Masters

Had a whole-house [redacted] AC split-system installed by Collins Comfort the end of March, 2016. I wish to show my appreciation for Chris W. and his two part-time helpers. Chris worked most of a day ripping out the old and installing the new. I was most appreciative of the extra effort regarding the duct work around the air handler – the rebuilding of the air supply plenum and rerouting the incoming duct-work - for maximize performance by minimizing airflow resistance. Also appreciated the patience shown by Chris when answering my many questions throughout the day.

Today I had my central a/c replaced by Collins Comfort Masters. I was very satisfied with their performance. The two installers Chris Warner and Armando were very professional and friendly. They took care of all my needs and completed the job in good time. At the end of the project, they took time to explain the details to me From what I can tell, this company seems to do it's best to satisfy it's customers. I will do business with them again .

The installation team of Jose and Gilbert installed a new unit for us yesterday. They were very professional and so far everything seems fine. Thumbs up.

John L performed diagnosis in timely fashion, resolved issue. Showed us how to use the themostate better, Also showed us how to look up manual online.

They did an excellent job of installing the AC unit. They were on time. They were very polite. They worked very hard on a 105 degree day. They left no mess anywhere in the house or outside of the house.

When I realized I was going to need to replace my air conditioning units, I began researching the many products available with the goal of identifying a combination of quality and value along with a reputable and reliable company to do the install. There were so many to choose from, but I narrowed it down to 5 companies from which to request estimates, all having very good reputations, ratings, reviews and/or referrals.

There were many variables to consider and the candidate companies were competitive, offering their own unique value proposition. Ultimately, I chose to employ Collins Comfort Masters (CCM) to install 2 Lennox air conditioning units, two air purifiers, and to seal and clean the ducts.

After having had worked with them as a customer, these are my impressions.

The company came highly recommended and met my criteria for selection as stated above. I found them very knowledgeable and informative, willing to spend adequate time with me to answer questions and concerns, as well as fully evaluate the existing condition of my air conditioning system and all the while being respectful of my home.

Most candidate companies did a great job convincing me of the quality and merits of their products and services, but somehow I still felt uneasy about the expected long term outcome of what was being offered. Not so with CCM.

They are a well-established company, that could provide me the confidence that they would be around to honor any potential future warranty claims. They offered me a combination of quality products, service and value that exceeded the other competitors offered. Besides providing a written estimate at no obligation or cost, they made clear what work would be accomplished and the expected results, proving to be very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns. Once I chose to go forward with them, they executed the contracted work as discussed. The crew(Jose V., Gilbert and Chris B.) arrived as scheduled, which turned out to be a scorcher of a day. I was concerned that because they were working in my garage and attic that they would be more concerned about getting done quickly, rather than getting the job done right. The reality was very much the opposite, the crew was very methodical and thorough throughout the whole process of completing the project. They made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction and clean up after themselves before leaving.

Collins kept in touch with me before, during and after completion of the project, continuing to be very responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the process, being very prompt in their communication, ensuring my full satisfaction. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend them and will use them for all my future needs.

We wanted to proactively replace both AC systems and entertained bids. We got to Collins through Costco. I chose Collins because the Costco relationship made this a better proposal. From Neil's initial review and contract proposal to the completion by Jose, Armando, Javier, Gilbert, Chris B., and the calls from schedulers, I could not be more pleased. The crew was prompt, efficient, polite, and were thorough in protecting carpets and cleaning up after the work was done.

We were having a problem with the airflow through the heating/AC ducts in our house. [redacted] came and checked out the system, found a large hole in the duct in the attic space. He fixed it, adjusted the blower as well as setting the thermostat for my mother.

Had an old unit replaced by Collins. [redacted] And [redacted] Were very professional and did a fantastic job. Couldn't be happier with their service!

We've had a central air / heat pump replaced by Collins Comfort Masters just before Christmas this year (2015). The system was installed by Jason G. and Daniel A. They were quick with the installation, seemed knowledgeable with the system and its installation, and I would have no issues using them again. The installers were quick with their work and were finished with the install within 3 to 4 hours. Thank you.

Had Collins come out for a spring service review . Very pleased with all aspects of their service, technician [redacted] was very helpful in explaining the work performed.

Collins Comfort Masters is one of the few honest A/C Heating Companies in the area. Another company came for a Service Check up and wanted to "clean the very dirty coils of both attic units for $700". We were a little leery about their recommendation, since they only spend about 10 minutes at the home supposedly checking all unit items (but no written report was prepared. We then called Collins Comfort Masters, as they are rated A+ by the Revdex.com. They checked all A/C and Heating items and produced a written report, which disclosed the A/C coils in the attic were very clean. We then set up an annual maintenance contract with them. We also called the office to inquire about filtration systems and they were very helpful. We highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters.

Extremely good service from Josh for our annual maintenance. Great company. We are thrilled with our heating and cooling system from Collins.
