WELL...what can I say? The team that came today ( Juan & Duran) and installed larger ducts and a new return air in my hottest room were great, they did a really great job and even cared about their workmanship. and I must tell them that I am very happy with the results, right now I'd have a fan running in this room but tonight it's not needed. AND they left not one piece of dirt or dust which was a big worry after having a different contractor install my AC....shoulda called Collins!

These guys installed our Heating/Air Conditioning years ago. They always provide the utmost in service. We feel very lucky to have them. Usually our check-ups and service calls are provided by [redacted]. He is thorough, polite and professional.

I'm also in the customer service industry and have high expectations. My 20 year old 5 ton furnace finally died right before Christmas. I was lucky as AZ weather was in the 60's and 70's allowing me to buy time interviewing companies and educating myself. Collins Comfort Masters won my confidence from the start. After evaluating it was determined my 2.5 ton would soon die, so I replaced it too. From the sales rep thru the installers they were great. They explained everything and kept me informed. The installers were polite and did an awesome job. My job was not little as I replaced both furnaces, moving 1 to the attic from a closet and 2 air conditioners. Even the drywaller painted the walls as brand new, he was also incredibly good and nice. During the process I had a plumbing problem in my bathroom and they sent out a plumber, who was also awesome. We just had a new Lennox Heat Pump installed by Collins Comfort Masters. We are very pleased with the company and their installers. They were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We are happy with our choice of Collins.

[redacted]., [redacted], and of Collins Comfort Master did a great job on my heating and air conditioning install on February 13, 2014. They were polite, professional, efficient, kept the install site clean, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters to others needing replacement heating or air conditioning equipment.

We have used Collins several times in the past and each time their technicians were on time, accurate and informative. Today [redacted] answered our service call and was here promptly. He answered my questions and gave me enough information to make an informative decision. I would definitely recommend Collins Comfort Masters!

The salesman ([redacted]) was careful and thorough in explaining the various options and costs, including the rebates we would receive from [redacted] and the utility company. This was a large job (remove and replace two 4-ton units with air handlers in the attic). The installers arrived on time (7:00 am) and worked all day, finishing just before 6:00 pm with only a short lunch break. The primary installation team ([redacted]., [redacted]., and [redacted].) really knew what they were doing. Even though they were so busy, whenever we had a question, they would stop and patiently take the time to understand what we were asking and then took the time to answer our questions. We had asked that they relocate the new units from where the old ones were installed to make easier access to the attic. They understood and did exactly what we needed done. Frequently they sought us out to ask how we wanted to have something done - always attentive to making sure that the project was done to our satisfaction.
The new units have been running for almost a week. They are significantly quieter than the old units and seem to cool better too. We are very pleased with our new AC units and especially happy with the price and how well the installation went. We loved working with [redacted] and [redacted]. They make a great team!

The technician, [redacted], was extremely thorough in his inspection of my two AC units. He was the first tech in the 14 years I've been having my units serviced to actually go into the attic and check my air handler units. That included flushing the drain lines of any accumulated debris. [redacted] also answered any questions I had about my AC systems, and I had quite a few. I never had the feeling he was rushing to move on to another job. I will definitely call on Collins Comfort in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received next day service during the hot season and even happier when the tech. quickly diagnosed the problem. he even wore the booties to protect my floors. Furthermore, we didn't get taken advantage of when he found the small electronic part was the culprit and had a fresh one on the truck. I have given these guys previous good reviews and will continue until there's a reason not to.

We had a new Lennox heat pump and air handler installed last week. Our experience was positive from start to finish. Our sales rep, [redacted], did a great job explaining the logistics of various types of cooling and heating systems. Due to his insights, we additionally had a new return created in a part of our home that didn't have one. We feel the difference already. The sales pitch was low key. We actually "upped" the unit selected after later weighing the options [redacted] had explained -- and studying them on the Lennox website. Our installers, [redacted]., [redacted]. and [redacted] were respectful of our home and time. They were communicative about the process and answered questions as they arose. ...We did shop around for the company that felt "right" to care for our home. We are glad we chose Collins.

Collins installed our heat pump unit nine years ago. Each year they have followed up with a service call reminder in the spring. We have found their staff to be courteous and efficient each time. This fall they came for a heat check up and found bearing noise in the motor. It was replaced (under warranty). Those check ups each year note any problem that might be around the corner before it happens. Well worth the small cost and often they have specials on their check ups. We highly recommend them and have found [redacted] to be exceptional in catching issues before they become a big problem. Thanks, [redacted]

We have used Collins Comfort Masters for our all of air conditioning needs for the last 16 years.
Our relationship with Collins began 16 years ago when we built our new home and chose them to install the entire HVAC system including the metal duct work.
We've used them since then for all of our HVAC service needs. About two years ago, one of our two a/c units went out and was not cost effective to repair, so we had Collins replace that unit. Last month, our other unit went out and again was not cost-effective to repair and once again we had Collins replace the unit.
Each time we have used them, they provided great, on-time service. On this most recent a/c replacement, the crew consisting of [redacted] and [redacted] were knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of our home. And they cleaned up before they left.
I am especially impressed with [redacted], the lead tech for this installation. [redacted] was a skilled, perfectionist, dedicated professional who made sure that everything was perfect and to my satisfaction before the job was called complete. He is perhaps one of the very best technicians I have ever experienced.
I also want to give credit to [redacted], the service manager, who saw to it that things went as smoothly and expeditiously as possible when we ran into a glitch with the installation (the glitch was not the installation crew's fault). [redacted] went out of his way to insure that I was happy with the result.

Yesterday we had the Collins Comfort Masters crew of Dan L[redacted], Juan B., Lujandro B, and Chris W. install a new A/C-gas furnace split system

They were right on time, very efficient and professional. They explained the process as it went along. We are happy with their work and the

installed unit..

We had our HVAC system replaced by CCM after going through [redacted] program. CCM quoted a fair price for the job and did a great job of explaining every step of the process. I would recommend CCM to anyone looking for HVAC service or replacement. [redacted], and [redacted] were the guys that worked on the project and they were all friendly and helpful. They replaced both HVAC systems in our house in 1 day and left everything in good shape. We did have a small issue after the installation but they came back right away and fixed the problem.

[redacted] came over to install our upstairs a/c unit. He and his co-worker did a great job. Everything works and I have no complaints.
