Collins Comfort Masters

This the second time I have experienced working with Collins Comfort Masters, and again it was a very positive experience. Karson K was very knowledgeable, courtious, and answered all of my questions.

We have used Collins Comfort Masters for many years and today we utilized their inspection services again. Their technician Fred did a great job and inspected our unit in a professional manner and gave us a good report.

Daniel A Justin G and Dan Long were so awesome. They went above and beyond on the install of my new a/c unit.

We have used Collins several times in the past and each time their technicians were on time, accurate and informative. Today [redacted] answered our service call and was here promptly. [redacted] came over to install our upstairs a/c unit. He and his co-worker did a great job. Everything works and I have no complaints.

We hired Collins Comfort, through Costco to remove and install a heating unit and a/c unit. We searched 6 competitors and decided to go with Collins. First of all they are backed by Costco which says a lot. Secondly, their sales rep. was on the only gentleman who had contact with us after the quote was given. Thirdly because of all of the positive reviews. Fourth, the units and the pricing. The installer was Jose Lujandro and another gentleman. They were on time, polite, worked hard all day, filled the work order as requested without any confusion or any items being skipped over. The units work great but more importantly the installers did a wonderful job. In all of the research we did, it all came down to how the units are installed. We are very satisfied and gladly offer them this referral for others.

We had our HVAC system replaced by CCM after going through [redacted] program. CCM quoted a fair price for the job and did a great job of explaining every step of the process. I would recommend CCM to anyone looking for HVAC service or replacement. [redacted], and [redacted] were the guys that worked on the project and they were all friendly and helpful. They replaced both HVAC systems in our house in 1 day and left everything in good shape. We did have a small issue after the installation but they came back right away and fixed the problem.

Collins installed our heat pump unit nine years ago. Each year they have followed up with a service call reminder in the spring. We have found their staff to be courteous and efficient each time. This fall they came for a heat check up and found bearing noise in the motor. It was replaced (under warranty). Those check ups each year note any problem that might be around the corner before it happens. Well worth the small cost and often they have specials on their check ups. We highly recommend them and have found [redacted] to be exceptional in catching issues before they become a big problem. Thanks, [redacted]

On Dec 3rd, 2015 Garrett O. from Collins Comfort Masters came to our home and explained A/C systems and what would work best to replace a leaking old A/C unit. After answering all our questions, we were sold and on Dec 8th Collins Comfort Masters installed two Lennox XC-25 A/C units in my home. The day prior to both appointments, we received a phone call from Collins confirming our next day appointment. Their employees, John L, Anthony A, Juan, and Armando G arrived when expected and completed a very difficult job within the time period expected. They were professional all day and were very respectful of our property and home. When the job was done, they reviewed all the completed work, setup the thermostat and demonstrated it's many features. The paper work was completed to include SRP and Costco rebates. I would highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters for A/C work.

We had a new Lennox heat pump and air handler installed last week. Our experience was positive from start to finish. Our sales rep, [redacted], did a great job explaining the logistics of various types of cooling and heating systems. Due to his insights, we additionally had a new return created in a part of our home that didn't have one. We feel the difference already. The sales pitch was low key. We actually "upped" the unit selected after later weighing the options [redacted] had explained -- and studying them on the Lennox website. Our installers, [redacted]., [redacted]. and [redacted] were respectful of our home and time. They were communicative about the process and answered questions as they arose. ...We did shop around for the company that felt "right" to care for our home. We are glad we chose Collins.

[redacted]., [redacted], and of Collins Comfort Master did a great job on my heating and air conditioning install on February 13, 2014. They were polite, professional, efficient, kept the install site clean, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters to others needing replacement heating or air conditioning equipment.

I'm also in the customer service industry and have high expectations. My 20 year old 5 ton furnace finally died right before Christmas. I was lucky as AZ weather was in the 60's and 70's allowing me to buy time interviewing companies and educating myself. Collins Comfort Masters won my confidence from the start. After evaluating it was determined my 2.5 ton would soon die, so I replaced it too. From the sales rep thru the installers they were great. They explained everything and kept me informed. The installers were polite and did an awesome job. My job was not little as I replaced both furnaces, moving 1 to the attic from a closet and 2 air conditioners. Even the drywaller painted the walls as brand new, he was also incredibly good and nice. During the process I had a plumbing problem in my bathroom and they sent out a plumber, who was also awesome. Your technician, Frank, just left. I've known and do know many nice people: Frank is the nicest person I've ever met. He was friendly, compassionate, and had beautiful manners. I didn't know they made people like that anymore! We've been doing business with your company for many years. Your technicians are always top-notch, but Frank truly stands out.
As for the service we've received over the years: wonderful. Your team kept our Trane's going for 17 years. One unit was replaced last year, and the technician was able to rig the second unit to last until this year. Very helpful, financially. Now the second one has died, and I will use your business for that replacement. I feel so fortunate we have Collins as our service providers. Thank you! Here's to many more years of acquaintance!
