Collins Comfort Masters

My husband and I have lived in Arizona most of our adult life and have owned several homes. Over the years we have had experiences with numerous air conditioning service providers. We cannot sayenough positive things about Collins Comfort Masters. We have two a/c units in our current home and Collins Comfort Masters replaced one unit with a new unit, as well as have had repairs done on the other unit. We have been incredibly impressed with the knowledge, expertise and honesty of everyone we have encountered with this company. This last Saturday we noticed a large water puddle around our older unit and had to turn the a/c off. We thought we were in for a full d** of summer heat in the house and fearful of hearing we were going to have an expensive repair on our old unit. Don R** (tech) came out in under an hour and immediately knew what was wrong, fixed the issue and changed the w** it connected so that any further repairs would be easier to do. He was knowledgable, friendly, quick and efficient. We highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters to anyone who needs service or in the market for a new a/c.

Jose * L[redacted] provided excellent service in installing a new heat pump at my residence. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and the installation was top quality. I Marcia H[redacted] just had a new AC install that was wonderful. The 3 men were Justin G, Daniel A, Chris B and they did a exceptional job installing, cleaning up and great customer service. On Dec 3rd, 2015 Garrett O. from Collins Comfort Masters came to our home and explained A/C systems and what would work best to replace a leaking old A/C unit. After answering all our questions, we were sold and on Dec 8th Collins Comfort Masters installed two Lennox XC-25 A/C units in my home. The day prior to both appointments, we received a phone call from Collins confirming our next day appointment. Their employees, John L, Anthony A, Juan, and Armando G arrived when expected and completed a very difficult job within the time period expected. They were professional all day and were very respectful of our property and home. When the job was done, they reviewed all the completed work, setup the thermostat and demonstrated it's many features. The paper work was completed to include SRP and Costco rebates. I would highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters for A/C work.

We hired Collins Comfort, through Costco to remove and install a heating unit and a/c unit. We searched 6 competitors and decided to go with Collins. First of all they are backed by Costco which says a lot. Secondly, their sales rep. was on the only gentleman who had contact with us after the quote was given. Thirdly because of all of the positive reviews. Fourth, the units and the pricing. The installer was Jose Lujandro and another gentleman. They were on time, polite, worked hard all day, filled the work order as requested without any confusion or any items being skipped over. The units work great but more importantly the installers did a wonderful job. In all of the research we did, it all came down to how the units are installed. We are very satisfied and gladly offer them this referral for others.

From the beginning, the salesman, Neil, was very professional, and KNOWS his business, and is very happy to be representing Collins. Consequently, if you ask for him, you'll be very happy with your decision of "which company / and unit should I purchase".

Now, re: the installation... many things can go wrong, from missing pieces that end up just not getting installed, to a trashy mess on the floor, to you having to scrub your carpets from filthy installers. Jose and Armando were my installers and I'd be happy to have them back again! Very nice, personable, professional and thorough. I'm sure that these two fellows are "five star assets" to their company, and should be pushed to the front of the line when a pay raise is considered.

We recently found it necessary to replace out air conditioning system, we were referred to Collins Comfort Masters, Neil C. came out and did the onsite assessment, gave us a price and set up the appointment for the installation. Neil was very professional and answered any questions we had regarding how and what was being done. Chris W. and Armando G. came out on the date we agreed on, they did a very thorough job of removing the old equipment and installing the new equipment. They were very accommodating of the fact we have a dog and made sure she didn't get out of the yard. All in all this was a very good experience and I would recommend Collins Comfort Masters to everyone, they were great for us.

Your technician, Frank, just left. I've known and do know many nice people: Frank is the nicest person I've ever met. He was friendly, compassionate, and had beautiful manners. I didn't know they made people like that anymore! We've been doing business with your company for many years. Your technicians are always top-notch, but Frank truly stands out.
As for the service we've received over the years: wonderful. Your team kept our Trane's going for 17 years. One unit was replaced last year, and the technician was able to rig the second unit to last until this year. Very helpful, financially. Now the second one has died, and I will use your business for that replacement. I feel so fortunate we have Collins as our service providers. Thank you! Here's to many more years of acquaintance!

Collins Comfort Masters replaced our AC when it was 110* outside. They did it quickly, efficiently and were great to work with. [redacted] and [redacted] were our techs and they got the job done in that heat and were very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I am not the type to write a Customer Review.. but I am very please with the service I receive with Collins Comfort Masters. From the moment I spoke to the sales person [redacted] to the Manager [redacted] to the guys who came to my house to install the new A/C Heater unit. I was very impress who it was handle. I was so professional. The guys who came over the house were impressive. [redacted]. was the team leader and he got hurt but continue to work until replacement came not a single moment was lost WOW the was so well handled [redacted]. and [redacted]. continue the work so well and share there job very and [redacted]. was there to replace [redacted]. they were very professional to me and how they did their job. This company was recommended by [redacted] and was giving a free quote so I decided to see how old my unit was and in what kind of condition. ( I recently purchased a condo).

Easy to talk to the people who came to inspect and to quote pricing for a new unit. All my questions were answered, and was given even more info that I needed to know.

One thing that was outstanding was the person who came to do the actual inspection of the unit. Upon entering my home he put "booties (the kind at hospitals etc) on his shoes to not make a mess of my home! wow !!! now that is really amazing service and thoughtfulness on the part of the person doing the inspection as well as the company.

I felt comfortable and at ease with the people from this company in my home.

We were amazed at the hard work displayed by the two installers; they worked hard and wasted no time, were very polite and kept us informed about the job. The service- man who came to install the thermostat was very helpful and explained the new thermostat and also gave us good advice on the operation of the heat pump.
