[redacted] and [redacted] replaced my air conditioning system on June 3, 2015 and did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and were very pleasant, efficient and definitely knew what they were doing. As part of the project [redacted] worked on the flexible duct in my attic to improve the air flow to certain areas of my home and I can tell the difference. [redacted] the sales person was very nice to work with and quite informative. He was the person who discovered that my flexible ducts needed some adjustment and made certain the installers knew about it. [redacted], the installation manager also was very helpful answering some questions and making sure the project was completed as scheduled. Everyone was extremely thorough. I was impressed that they all worked to make sure my home is comfortable as opposed to just changing out one air conditioning unit for another. I highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters if you need air conditioning repairs or installation. Their people are very well trained and are first rate in all they do. They get an A++++ from me.

This company is the best! Very fast and proficient installers. They managed to install both of my AC units in one day, they fixed all the duct insulation, and corrected major issues in cooling my house.

I want to commend Jose and Lujandro for the great work they have done. My house hasn't been this cool in many years.

I needed a company to come in and fix a gas leak the city of Mesa found. They were able to come out same-day and it was later in the day when I called in. Not only did they come out to give me an estimate ,they were able to fix the leak in the attic and pressure test my system. That made a whole day difference in getting my gas turned on. Which controls most of my home appliances and furnace. I would recommend this company not only for there fair pricing but for there great attitude while working late and taking an extra call when they did not have to.thank you again and special thanks Cameron and Ryan.

Ok a little late but better late than never. I wanted a TRANE but the wife walked by a sales person in Costco and setup the appt with Collins (Lennox system). My sales rep came out as scheduled and explain everything in plain terms. Even made a schematic of the system and what each part of the system performed. I went through 10 different companies and bids, this was the better of the 11.

The price was right, upgrade to a 16 seer and add the whole house filter system. Next was the install, since I was tired of bids I didn't review all the paper work. But we talked about addressing a little problem with air flow into my kids room and sales person said no problem we will fix it during the install.

Installerss came on time and worked really hard (jose and Lujandro) at about 4:30 they were almost done. I took a peak and saw the DUCT runs to the low flow bedrooms were not done. I spoke with Jose and he looked at his paper work and said no notes to address the issue were written down.

Guess what, Jose said "No worries we will stay to finish the work and run the new ducts from the plenum (this makes a big difference in air flow)". They stayed to 6:30 and honor the word of the salesman, which I did call; he confirmed and apologized to Jose. 2 hrs later it was done and tested. Great work by Jose and Lujandro, but more importantly, they stood behind the word of the salesman and took pride in make the customer happy. You don't find this in many business any more. I need to replace the second unit soon (14 years), guess who has my business? Thank you Collins!

I had my AC and heating replaced on 02/17/2016 with a new Lennox that I purchased from Costco in Chandler, AZ and they sent Collins Comfort Masters to do the job. My experience is very positive with Collins Comfort including the pricing (very reasonable price) and especially with the guys they sent to do the installation (Chris B and Chris W).

I just had a new air condition unit installed at my residence.My first contact was with [redacted] and I give him an A+ plus for his knowledge of the product. The installers Led by [redacted] were great. They were neat,personable and professional. [redacted] answered all my questions. My house was left clean and neat and they removed all of the old parts. [redacted] was a total professional as well as crew of [redacted] and [redacted]. **

[redacted] and [redacted] installed our [redacted] Furnace & Air Conditioner on Wed., Feb. 5th. They were there on time, told us what they were going to do, started working immediately and were done by 2:30-3 PM. We were so impressed with their work ethic, cleanliness, patience and politeness. We are very pleased with their work and with our new system. We would also like to thank [redacted], our salesman, who helped us through the process, explained everything very well and followed through on what he said he would do. Also thanks to [redacted] in the office who has helped us with the finance process. We think [redacted] is great!

[redacted] & [redacted] installed our HVAC system on 4/22/14. Both were very knowledgeable and hard working. They were polite and answered all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend them and their company.

AC Service was 5/1/2014 Job[redacted]. I don't recall the names of the two techs that did the work, but they did an outstanding job.

Technician ** was excellent. Diagnosed our A/C problem quickly and got it repaired quickly. He was very polite, seemed very knowledgable and answered all my questions.

The staff from Collins arrived as scheduled by [redacted] from front office who was very professional. On arrival [redacted] introduced the group [redacted]. and [redacted]. and himself. They were all very polite and conscientious throughout the installation.

I had a few questions that were answered promptly and without hesitation.

I am very happy with the staff and our new Lennox system. Thanks to the management for training staff about the importance of great customer service. Thanks to all of the above people who make it happen.

I had two complete residential air condition systems installed on March 9, 2015. The crew came on time, professional dressed and were very respectful and friendly.The installation was completed on time. They performed all work in a very professional manor, protected and cleaned up the work area. I had outstanding service from [redacted], and [redacted] on the installation of my new Lennox system. They arrived on time, kept me updated on what they were doing throughout the day. From our first phone contact with Collins Comfort Masters we were impressed with their promptness and attention. After asking what our needs were [redacted] gave us a detailed explanation of the heating/cooling system and presented the options that would best meet those needs. The lead installer [redacted] informed us at the outset what they would be doing and how it was going to be accomplished adding that we were to stop him at any time with concerns or questions. [redacted] and [redacted] were courteous, thorough and left our home in the same condition as when they arrived. We would recommend Collins Comfort Maters without hesitation.

Service was performed by [redacted]. Our Trane Package Unit decided to quit blowing cold air during the hottest weather we've had this year (June 2015). On [redacted]' arrival, we explained what the system was doing (not doing), and within no time he had diagnosed and replaced a capacitor for the main compressor. Yeah, cold air again! He also checked all the other components for proper operation, cleaned the condenser coils, showed us how to change the back-up batteries in the thermostat, and helped us with a filter frame issue. [redacted] was pleasant, professional, informative, and took the time to answer all our concerns/questions thoroughly. The cost of the parts and service today was not unreasonable. Plus, we found an online coupon on Collins Website that helped us defray the trip charge! We are happy customers and will call Collins for our fall service. Thank you!

Last week during record heat my Ac went down! I knew the situation was terminal. I contacted Collins Comfort through Costco (6-24-15). Within 24 hrs I had Rob Lux at my house. He was extremely professional and personal. He quickley analized the situation and clearly explained to me my options. Two days later [redacted] and [redacted] where at my house installing a new Ac unit. The entire team exceeded my expecaions from start to finish! The guys were very friendly and very professional. I felt comfortable with them im my home. Thank You Collins comfort.

Had Collins Comfort Masters replace our 19 yr old Lennox with a new Lennox unit. They also added a new return to allow better cooling in one of our hot rooms. [redacted], and [redacted] were very professional and did great work despite the incredible Arizona June heat (~112°).
