Collins Comfort Masters

We had a complete heating and air conditioning system installed by [redacted] and [redacted]. They were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They completed the job in a timely manner, and made sure it was 100% operational before departing the premises.

Everything from the start to the end has been very positive. I had a quote from another company and felt like they were taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about ac units as a single woman. When I was in Costco, I decided to pull the trigger and get another quote. Neil was wonderful when he came out. Very personable and thorough. I was extremely pleased with the quote which was 4K less than the other company. I felt comfortable proceeding. Chris W and Chris B spent the day installing the new ac unit and fixing the ducts and lots of other stuff. They were so polite and hardworking. I'm super excited for my new AC and am so very thankful to Costco and Collins comfort masters!

On 02/17/15 We installed a new heating and cooling system in our home, purchased from Collins Comfort Master. I hope the system works as good as the two gentlemen that installed it. We were very pleased with the expertise and workmanship we received from Collins Comfort Masters. John L, Armando G, and Chris B were very hard working, polite and courteous young man. When finished, everything was cleaned up and swept ! We certainly do recommend them.

Collins Comfort Masters installed a new 25 sear Lennox A/C unit in our 3600 sq. ft. home a couple of months ago. [redacted] and [redacted] arrived at the scheduled time and were very professional, respectful and personable. They removed the old unit and installed the new unit, doing an exceptionally nice, neat job. They showed us how to operate the new thermostat they had installed and answered all our questions. They put shoe covers on when they came into the house to work on the thermostat, which I really appreciated. When the install was finished, they cleaned up the area and left it clean. I am impressed w/everyone at Collins, from our salesman, [redacted], to the installers to office personnel. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. The new unit is so quiet and the cooling feels more even than w/the old unit. Also, my electric bill the month after the install was lower than usual, even though I have the thermostat set lower than I had w/the old unit. I am very happy that we chose Collins!

WELL...what can I say? The team that came today ( Juan & Duran) and installed larger ducts and a new return air in my hottest room were great, they did a really great job and even cared about their workmanship. and I must tell them that I am very happy with the results, right now I'd have a fan running in this room but tonight it's not needed. AND they left not one piece of dirt or dust which was a big worry after having a different contractor install my AC....shoulda called Collins!

Jose V, Armando, and Derek spent the say at our home installing new air-conditioning systems. They were efficient and professional. I appreciated Jose showing us how to use our systems after completion. Great overall experience.

The installers where were very professional mannerly and informative, I was very pleased with the service. my installers were Justin G the lead and Juan.

We had a Lennox XC16 Ac and a heater installed on March 13,2015 by Collins Comfort Masters. [redacted], and [redacted] installed the unit. They did a fantastic installation. They checked ever last detail, explained everything to us, and left the site very clean. They worked well as a team with [redacted] as the lead.

We were quite happy with our experience. The crew who performed the installation [redacted]) were extremely polite and professional.
They were so quiet and unobtrusive that we checked in on them to make sure no-one had passed out in the hot attic.
One of the more impressive aspects of the workmanship was their ability to remove one of the existing units from the attic, get the replacement units IN the attic, all without cutting any holes in walls or ceilings.
There is one small follow-up visit yet to be done, by a drywall specialist. Based on our experience with Collins Comfort so far, we don’t anticipate any problems.

We had our air conditioning unit serviced today. [redacted] was very courteous, knowledgeable and a great communicator. He let us know what he was doing and why. He made recommendation for filters based on our unit and needs.
