Review: I opened a credit card account and ordered a pair of boots from www.monroeandmain.com on 12/21/2013 and never received the boots. I called Monroe and Main 01/03/2014 to inquiry about my boots and they told me they are no longer in stock. I asked them why I never received any communication regarding my order except from the order receipt on 12/21/2013. The first customer service rep claims they called my telephone number and I never received that phone call. The second rep claims they sent me a letter that I never received. The third rep also claimed they sent me an email which I never received. We went over my contact information and they have the correct information so Im confused why I never received any communication from this company. I had to be transferred to 3 different departments to find out this information. I also never received my credit card from Monroe and Main. The last rep I spoke to stated I had a line of credit but no dollar amount of this line of credit. I asked her how it is possible to have a line of credit with no dollar amount. She said it happens all of the time. I told her that made no sense to me. I asked if I was denied credit and she said no. I told the rep to close my credit card account since I never received the card and have no dollar amount to charge.Monroe and Mains customer service is VERY poor and disappointing. I truly looked forward to doing business with this company because I liked their products in their catalog. However, I do not appreciate being treated as if I was wasting someone's time over the phone, no communication on my order status and having a credit card account open with no dollar amount. I've ordered products with other online/catalog companies with minimal errors and received excellent customer service with a dollar amount for credit.I hope this complaint helps Monroe and Main improve their quality of customer service; actually give customers a dollar amount for their open credit card accounts and provide products they claim to have in stock online or in their catalog to customers.Truly Upset,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like for Monroe and Main to send me a letter apologizing for the poor customer service I received. An explanation why I I never received a card credit with a dollar amount. I would also like a letter mailed (not emailed) to me showing my account is closed.

We received the correspondence from the Revdex.com regarding your order #[redacted], placed 12/21/2013 via internet. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment you experienced with your first shopping experience at Monroe & Main.
Review: Items were returned to Monroe and Main because some of the items were too small or defective i.e., skirt too long on one side, button fell off pants or the item may have been too small or too big so they were returned with the return mailing label provided and taken to the post office. Spoke to a Monroe and Main representative who told me that I would be charged for all of the items that I returned to them. I was on my last payment to this company and they then added on a fee for all of the items that were returned to them. I previously filed a claim online about this company several months ago and have heard no response from anyone regarding this matter.Desired Settlement: If due I would like an apology from this company and a billing adjustment. Also if they have negatively affected by credit in anyway I would like that corrected also.

We
received the correspondence from the Revdex.com regarding your
orders and account balance. We apologize for any confusion and appreciate
the opportunity to explain.
Our
Monroe & Main guarantee is listed on the order blank in the center of the
catalog or online under Customer Service/Help and states, “If any item, for any
reason, does not meet your expectations, just return it to us within 60
days. Simply tell us your preference, and we’ll gladly refund your
merchandise amount, credit your account or issue a replacement.”
Your
returns were promptly credited upon processing at various times. Shipping and
processing is not automatically credited, which is a common practice in the
catalog industry when a product is returned because the customer didn’t like the
product or changed his or her mind, or the item did not fit. As a courtesy,
10/29/2014 credit was issued for shipping and processing on two orders.
Additionally, twice, items were returned using
the Smart Label option at a cost of $7.95 to be applied to your account when
returned. This information is clearly disclosed on the label prior to its
removal. Your account balance was as low as $43.10 on June 7, 2014, but the
subsequent increase was not caused by any fees assessed by Monroe and Main. The
balance increased to $356.78 due to two purchases made on June 11 and June 20,
2014. NOTE: All purchases, charges and credits are reflected on your monthly
statement. Please review your records if you believe you have not received
credit for a returned item.
Our
records indicate the last date of a zero account balance was 7/18/13. Since
that date you have incurred charges totaling $747.16 on your account and
received credits for returns totaling $472.52, creating a principal balance of $274.64.
You have also incurred finance charges and late fees totaling $42.78.Payment on
your account total $182.86, leaving a total unpaid balance of $134.56.

We received your correspondence from
the Revdex.com regarding Ginny’s order #[redacted] placed via internet
8/1/2013 and Seventh Avenue order #[redacted] placed via internet
3/8/2014.
Our records regarding Ginny’s order
#[redacted] indicate that we received the first notification of a problem with the
two Six Drawer Chests/Oak 8/19/2013. At the time of the call, our representative
requested replacement parts for scratched drawers. The parts were sent out
9/3/2013. On 11/23/2013 we received a call notifying us of further defects on
the items. Replacement Chests and UPS return labels were requested. The
replacement items were delivered via UPS 12/2/2013 and 12/9/2013. Two Chests
were expected back in return. Only one was received. The last correspondence on
this order took place 2/14/2014 at which time our representative offered a 25%
discount of $44.75 to keep one of the Chests. Records show this offer was
accepted.
Review: This company has placed a hard inquiry on my credit report. I've never done business with this company and I was a victim of id theft and fraud. This company is well aware of this because I notified them of this error.Desired Settlement: The immediate removal of this inquiry from my credit report.

Response:
Colony Brands has contacted Mr. [redacted] regarding his complaint. Mr. [redacted] states that a credit inquiry from The Swiss Colony appears on his credit report. Swiss Colony has no record of requesting a consumer credit report on Mr. [redacted]. The only credit report request on file for any colony Brands company was requested by Midnight Velvet in response to an order placed by Mr. [redacted] on September 22, 2014. If Mr. [redacted] can provide a copy of the inquiry that appears on his report, The Swiss Colony will investigate and ensure that the information on his report is accurate and correct.

Review: I went online and paid my Seventh Avenue bill online March 5, 2015, in the amount of $75. The money came out of my checking account on March 6, 2015. I received a called stating they haven't received my payment. So I called my bank and they confirmed that the money was taken out. So I sent an fax of the my bank statement with the time and date the transaction took place and the time and date the transaction came out of my account to Seventh Avenue. They told me on March 12,2015, that they received my fax but they couldn't accept it because I didn't have my beginning balance before the transaction took place or the ending balance after the transaction took place. I don't feel I need to send my account balance to them because I sent the information containing the date and time and the amount of the transaction.Desired Settlement: I would like for Seventh Avenue to credit my account for the $75. I sent in the information needed for them to credit my account.
Business
Response:
The information Ms. [redacted] provided is equivalent to providing a copy of the front of a check as proof of payment. It demonstrates an intent to pay, but it does not indicate that the transaction was successfully completed. The balance in the account immediately prior to and immediately after the payment are necessary to indicate Ms. [redacted] bank accepted and honored her payment. Since Seventh Avenue has no record of the payment, Ms. [redacted] will need to provide documentation that the payment transaction was successfully completed.
Review: Ginnys is a retailer, I sent a check for $20 in April for $20,they or the bank stopped payment they may have changed the 2 to a 7 and charged $70 to my account. UnknownI called the company twice and the bank and they have no idea what to do, no one told me they would stop payment and I keep receiving a statement to pay $45.00Desired Settlement: I want this issue to resolved asap
Business
Response:
Ginny's received a payment on April 15, 2015 that was processed in the amount of $70. The payment overpaid the balance on Ms. [redacted] account, creating a credit balance. On April 24, 2015 Ginny's received a stop payment notice for the check and debited Ms. [redacted] account to remove the payment. This debit returned the balance on Ms. [redacted] account to the same total as before the payment was received, $43.60. No payment has been received on the account since the April payment was reversed and the account balance now totals $55.60. As a courtesy to Ms. [redacted], Ginny's has credited her account to remove the finance charges and late fees assessed since April. Ms. [redacted] may proceed to pay the remaining balance on her account in her regular monthly installments.

I have asked and I know I have been late the interest is all I am paying I am currently unemployed and this worries me. I asked the company to close my account because of the issue. I sent money to bring down the balance and I don't see how it's been applied.Desired Settlement: I would like to investigate the money that I have sent in amt. 1000.00 where was the amt applied and to verify for me why the amount owed has not change over a year. I would like to verify the account is closed and stop the interest that I am only paying, amount owe 1,254.10

Response:
Seventh Avenue's records indicate Ms. [redacted] placed an order on September 4, 2014 that increased her account balance to $1,582.96. Ms. [redacted] then made regular, timely payments that reduced her account balance to $1,112.36 by March 3, 2015 - a reduction of 30% in only five months. Seventh Avenue's records indicate Ms. [redacted] then placed an order in the amount of $263.85 on March 6, 2015, which undid much of the balance reduction. Had Ms. [redacted] simply continued to make payments on her account her balance would now be less than $900. Since the purchase, Ms. [redacted] has been assessed two late payment fees for failing to make the required payment on her account on time, which has slowed the reduction of her account balance. As a courtesy to Ms. [redacted], Seventh Avenue has credited her account to remove the late payment fees and adjusted her account to remove the last six months of finance charges. Ms. [redacted]'s account has been closed to new purchases, as she requested. However, finance charges will continue to be assessed in each month that a balance remains on the account. Please note that the monthly payment on Ms. [redacted]'s account is based on the Highest New Balance and will not decrease as the balance goes down. As the account balance goes down, a larger portion of each payment goes to reduce the principal balance and less goes to pay interest. As a result, if Ms. [redacted] makes regular, timely payments in accordance with the terms of the account she will be able to pay the account in full in less than two years (assuming no further purchases or late payment fees).

Review: I ordered a rocking horse,a rocking chair and four stockings for Christmas. I ordered them the beginning of November and was told I would have to send a check. I did and the check cleared on Nov. 17th. I was told it would take 15 days to process. I waited as these were presents for my new grandson for Christmas (his first). So I called on dec. 7th and the man on th phone told me my ordered was being processed that day. It is now Dec. 14th and still no presents... So I called customer service and the supervisor told me the rocking chair will be shipped today but the horse and the stockings are no longer available. No one called to tell me they were no longer available and I was counting on those for Christmas presents. All the supervisor could say was she was sorry . I spent nearly three hundred dollars on that order and now no gifts two weeks before Christmas . This company really showed poor customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send the things I ordered as I ordered them a month before christmas

We received the correspondence from the Revdex.com in regards to your order #[redacted] placed 6/21/2013 via internet for $613.89. We are sorry for any disappointment with the Super Plush Sofa.
Our guarantee is listed on the order blank in the center of the catalog or online under Customer Service and states: “Satisfaction Guaranteed, When you receive your order, if you are not completely satisfied you can return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and processing charges) or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions listed). We regret any disappointment or inconvenience, but will extend the offer to have you donate the Sofa to a recognized charity (such as Easter Seals, Salvation Army, etc.) and ask them to acknowledge your donation in writing issued on their official letterhead stationary. You may then mail to: Montgomery Ward customer Service, 1112 7th Avenue, Monroe, WI 53566. Or if you prefer, you may fax this information to [redacted].
Upon receipt your account will be credited for $499 (sofa) and $114.89 (shipping & processing) for $613.89, which is the total amount of the order. We appreciate the opportunity to review our policy and are grateful for your understanding. Sincerely, Montgomery Ward

The merchandise was shipped to Ms. [redacted] in March of 2012. Ms. [redacted] made a payment on her account in May of 2012 before apparently deciding that she had not received the merchandise. Ginny's continued to send billing statements and past due notices to Ms. [redacted]'s home address and made repeated attempts to contact her by telephone until the account was charged off as a loss in November of 2012 . Despite these efforts, Ginny's records do not reflect any contact from Ms. [redacted] alleging she did not receive the merchandise until December of 2013, when she was provided with the tracking number for the shipment. Ms. [redacted] Ms. [redacted] disputed the account through one of the consumer reporting agencies in July of 2015, alleging that the account was not hers. Ginny's believes the information it has furnished to the consumer reporting agencies accurately reflects the payment history and current status of Ms. [redacted]'s account.

Review: I paid Midnight Velvet and my account balance is now 0. The representatives told me that they do not report to the credit bureaus. They only report negative information. So I disputed the balance with the credit bureau and Midnight Velvet verified that I still owe a balance. This is incorrect information being reported to the credit bureau and is a violation of FCRA.Desired Settlement: I want them to report correct information to the credit bureaus and indicate that the balance is now 0 so I can get on with my life.

As stated in the response to Ms. [redacted] previous complaint, the companies are not required to immediately update an account status and there are very practical reasons for not doing so. Nonetheless, the companies have complied with Ms. [redacted] request and have updated her accounts to reflect a zero balance.

Response:
We received the correspondence from the Revdex.com in regards to your order placed 3/1/2016. We are sincerely sorry for any disappointment regarding the refund due of $27.94.
Every effort is made to provide the best service and highest quality products possible, unfortunately, sometimes an error occurs. Refunds are generally returned within seven to twenty one days. It was an error on our part the $27.94 was transferred to make payment on order #[redacted] placed by phone 3/5/2016 for $29.93. Consequently when payment of $29.93 was received 3/19/2016 the credit of $27.94 was again left to refund. Please accept our apology for the way in which your refund was handled. Please be assured it is not our practice to handle refunds in this manner.
Your refund check [redacted] has been processed 4/18/2016 and should be received within the next seven to ten days. We are sending a complimentary pack of our Scotcheroos to arrive approximately April 27th, please enjoy with family and friends. We hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Sincerely, Country Door

Although representative told it would not be an issue to send it back, they still want me to pay for shipping after 5 months of calling several times. I called today and told them to closed the account because anything else I order requires 50% down. Review: MY NEIGHBOR USED MY CATALOG TO PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. ORDER ARRIVED TO NEIGHBOR'S ADDRESS. NEIGHBOR GAVE ME A BILL WITH MY NAME ON IT, SO I PAID THE BILL ON 08/14/2013 IN THE AMOUNT OF $181.47, WHICH WAS THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE BILL WHEN I PAID IT. [MY CHECK # [redacted], WHICH CLEARED ON 08/20/2013] BECAUSE I ASSUMED IT WAS MY ORDER AND NOT MY NEIGHBORS BECAUSE THEY BILLED ME AT MY NEIGHBORS ADDRESS. INSTEAD OF THESE PEOPLE CREDITING THIS ACCOUNT AND ALLOWING ME TO MOVE ON, THEY REPORT A CHARGEOFF ON MY PERSONAL CREDIT HISTORY THAT STOPPED ME FROM GETTING MY LEXUS VEHICLE BECAUSE OF A $32.00 LATE FEE. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THESE DAMN PEOPLE WOULD RISK MY PERFECT CREDIT HISTORY OVER $32.00. THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD ENOUGH BRAINS TO KNOW THAT IF I OWED YOU ANOTHER $32.00 THAT I WOULD PROBABLY PAY YOU IF I PAID YOU $181.47. BUT THAT WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM, THEY PLACED A CHARGEOFF ON MY PERSONAL CREDIT HISTORY OUT OF SPITE AND IT STILL REMAINS ON MY PERSONAL CREDIT REPORTS CURRENTLY.
DIANA ADVISED ME THAT SHE WAS GOING TO PUT IN A REQUEST FOR IT TO BE REMOVED BUT TO DATE IT STILL REMAINS ON MY PERSONAL CREDIT HISTORY. I ASKED FOR A LETTER, I ASKED FOR SOMETHING IN WRITING AND THE ONLY THING THEY OFFERED WAS A STATEMENT PRINTOUT THAT SHOWED THAT I PAID THE $181.47. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRYING OVER $32.00 THAT I NEVER EVEN KNEW I OWED THEM, AND YET THEY MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO FILE A CHARGEOFF ON ME ON MY PERSONAL CREDIT REPORT AT THE SAME TIME THEY RECEIVED MY PAYMENT. THE CHARGEOFF WAS PLACED ON MY PERSONAL CREDIT REPORT ON 08/21/2013. I PAID THESE LUNES ON 08/14/2013 AND THE CHECK CLEARED ON THE 20TH OF AUGUST SO WHY DO A CHARGEOFF THE VERY NEXT DAY??????
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUTDOWN AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE A CREDIT REPORTING ACCOUNT. HOW DARE THEY DO THIS TO ME WHEN THE PAYMENT WAS THERE, IT WAS CLEARED, THEY WERE PAID AND THE NEXT DAY AFTER BEING PAID THEY TURN AROUND A FILE A CHARGEOFF????????????????? I WANT THE CHARGEOFF REMOVED AND I MEAN TODAY OR THE NEXT COMPLAINT THIS COMPANY WILL RECEIVE WILL BE FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF WISCONSIN AND THAT OF MY PERSONAL ATTORNEY BECAUSE WHAT HAS HAPPENED HERE IS WRONG AND I WILL NOT LET SEVENTH AVENUE GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!
REMOVE THE DAMN CHARGEOFF OR GET READY FOR A BATTLE!! DON'T THINK BECAUSE I AM A CONSUMER THAT I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO SUE YOU BECAUSE I DO. HOW DARE YOU TRY TO DISRUPT AND RUIN MY CREDIT LIFE OVER $32.00 ... HOW DARE YOU!!!!!! I AM ALSO REPORTING YOU TO ALL MAJOR CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES AND I WILL MAKE COMPLAINTS REPEATEDILY UNTIL YOU FIX THIS MATTER AS I WAS PROMISED BY DIANA. IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT SOMEONE WHO PAID YOU WRONGFULLY FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS NOT MINE, THEN I WOULD HATE TO SEE HOW YOU TREAT SOMEONE THAT IS DELINQUENT OR CHOOSES NOT TO PAY YOU!!! YOUR COMPANY IS THE WORST AND I NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH YOU EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FIX MY DAMN CREDIT REPORTS AND I WANT IT IN WRITING THAT IT HAS BEEN DONE OR GET REGAL FOR SO MANY COMPLAINTS YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO KEEP UP BECAUSE YOUR STAFF CAN'T TYPE FAST ENOUGH. HOW DARE YOU DO THIS??????? HOW DARE YOU??????????????????Desired Settlement: REMOVE THE CHARGEOFF FROM ALL THREE MAJOR CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES AND SEND ME [IN WRITING BY EMAIL OR DIRECTMAIL] PROOF THAT YOU HAVE MADE THE REQUEST TO ALL MAJOR CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE SOME TYPE OF WRITTEN CONFIRMATION I WILL NOT STOP, CHANGE OR ALTER THIS COMPLAINT AND WILL CONTINUE FURTHER COMPLAINTS UNTIL YOU REALIZE WHAT YOU'VE DONE WAS WRONG AND CORRECT IT! HOW DARE YOU PEOPLE .. HOW DARE YOU TRY TO RUIN MY PERFECT CREDIT HISTORY .. HOW DARE YOU???

Seventh Avenue received a written order from Ms. [redacted] on February 12, 2013. The information on the order, including the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, matches the information provided by Ms. [redacted] on her complaint. The order also included Ms. [redacted]’s social security number. After reviewing her credit history, Seventh Avenue requested a down payment of $42.95 before the order would be released and the balance charged to a credit account. The request for a down payment was sent to Ms. [redacted] at the address on the order. Remittance of the down payment was made on February 14 by credit card. On February 15, 2013 an e-mail was sent to Ms. [redacted]’s e-mail address, explaining that one of the items she ordered was on back order.
Review: The Country Door, Seventh Avenue, Ginny's, Monroe and Main, Midnight Velvet and Swiss Colony are a partnership company, all located at 1112 7th Avenue Monroe, WI 53566, that distributes credit through a Choose 'n Charge form of credit. I began receiving collection notice from several different credit agencies in early October 2013. I ran my credit reports for all 3 credit bureaus and found The Country Door/ SKO Brenner for $311.00. Seventh Avenue/Merchants Credit for $542.00, Ginny's/ Retrieval Master Credit Bureau for $$347.28, Monroe and Main/Allied Data Services for $287.00, Midnight Velvet/Merchants Credit for $516.00 and Swiss Colony/ SKO Brenner for $590.00. All of these original companies appear on my credit report as do the credit agencies they were placed with. From the information I found, these companies are all mail-order businesses. I have no records of any purchases from any of these businesses so, I sent 6 Validation letters certified mail to the credit companies that currently hold these accounts on October 20th, 2013. I received a letter from Retrieval Masters Credit Bureau dated Nov. 11, 2013 stating since I had not disputed this debt they are assuming it is valid and they are looking to collect $347.28 for Ginny's on behalf of The Swiss Colony. I immediately called the collection agency in regards to the dispute and request for Validation I sent certified to their office on Oct. 20, 2013. I stated I received the #[redacted] form back signed by [redacted] dated Oct. 24th 2013. I was then informed it was never received and I could send out another request for validation but, since it has been over 30 days they are not obligated to reply. I am beginning to think these 6 partnered companies are a scam. I now have 6 delinquent accounts that have been charged off and either sold or put into collections and 6 collection accounts on my 3 credit reports. These accounts are being treated as 12 separate delinquent accounts and have destroyed my credit. It has been 25 days since I spent $50.00 to send all of these validation requests. In the validation requests I asked that I be sent a copy of my signature a contract with the alleged original account holder and verification these debts were assigned or sold to the collectors. I also stated if Validation could not be provided I would like all reference to the accounts be deleted and completely removed from the 3 credit bureaus and a copy of the request for deletion requests be sent to me.Desired Settlement: I would like all record of the 6 original creditors and the 6 credit agencies deleted/removed from all 3 credit bureaus ([redacted]), I have #3811 forms signed and dated and returned to me by all 6 credit agencies as proof of my attempts for validation and would be happy to provide them as proof of my attempts.

Review: I bought a sofa bed from this company. This was a large product. Once rec'd it had many wrong peices in thi box. This product was not as described in the book or online. It came two diffferent colors and did not work. I had to use glue. They said it was made with real wood but was not real wood. When I called they refused to take responsiblity for their product and after throwing the box away wanted me to go find a box or pay for a box to ship the broken sofa back. I did not feel I was compensated for my money or my time regarding this. I want this company reported for false advertising and horrible customer service. I will never shop from them again.Desired Settlement: I want another one shipped out free of charge. I'm very upset that Seventh ave could not give good customer satisfaction.

Review: I am in the process of repairing my credit file, on April 18, 2014 I called Midnight Velvet in regards to A/C #[redacted] and explained to them I am paying off old debts to repair my credit file and would like to pay off an old debt with them. In the beginning I was being bounced back and forth between the company and a collection agency. The collection agency repeatedly informed me they no longer had my file, therefore, Midnight Velvet agreed to work with me to settle the account. For A/C #[redacted] I was told by the credit department to only pay $124.59 which was paid immediately by phone 4/18/14, I was informed by the company that the debt will be removed from my credit report in 30 days. To this day, the debt continues to appear on my credit report, showing a balance of $271 with last payment received 9/2009. I have filed disputes with the credit companies, so far Equifax has responded stating that the company, Midnight Velvet confirmed the debt on my credit report is correct. It is not correct, what else am I to do to clear this up.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to remove themselves from my credit report as promised, if need be I can provide proof of payment via my bank statement.

Midnight Velvet believes Ms. [redacted] has confused this account with another that she has settled.
First, Midnight Velvet has no record of speaking with Ms. [redacted] in April of 2014.
Second, the collection agency handling the account has no record of speaking with Ms. [redacted] at any time.
Third, the payment amount in Ms. [redacted]’ complaint does not meet Midnight Velvet’s minimum settlement requirements.
Finally, Midnight Velvet has no record of receiving a payment from Ms. [redacted] since September of 2009.
If Ms. [redacted] has documentation of a payment made and received in April of 2014, Midnight Velvet will make any necessary adjustments to the account. In the interim, however, the information furnished to the consumer reporting agencies will not be altered.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The response from the person representing Midnight Velvet angered me and caused me to send this response. How dare he or she call me a liar. If possible please send this person my response showing that I did call Midnight Velvet on 4/18/14 as I mentioned in my initial complaint. I have since contacted Midnight Velvet myself on 8/27/14 and found out that when I did call in April 2014 to settle account #[redacted], it was not me but the representative from Midnight Velvet who made an error, I specifically provided account #[redacted] during the call and was informed that I only needed to pay $124.59 which I did. During my phone call 8/27/14 it was discovered that I had 2 accounts with the company and the money was actually paid into a 2nd account #[redacted], see below where payment was made on 4/18/14. I informed the representative that I had no idea I had this account or simply forgotten about it. So the mix up was on Midnight Velvet's end not mine, I did not even have this account number until it was given to me on 8/27/14.
