[redacted] came to our home on a Sunday morning shortly after making an emergency appointment due to the AC unit not producing any air of any type into the ventilation system. After an examination of the system, he informed us of the issue, showed us pictures of the unit's problem (the unit was frozen solid inside) and all issues and concerns tied to this. He then treated the system and let us know of leak in the evaporation coil, which is the source of the freeze.

I used ARS Raleigh for installation of a new HVAC for the first floor of my home about 20 months ago. I was extremely impressed with the team which performed that installation. When I recently had to install a new HVAC for my second floor, I requested to have the same team. Two of the gentlemen from that team came to perform the second installation, and I found the same great service, dependability, reliability, and wonderful work ethic. He even rushed to finish our repair the same day when he could have easily said that he had to come back the next day. Highly recommended. We are also grateful that ARS was able to service our unit the next day with very little notice.
[redacted] was awesome. My six year old daughter wants to be a plumber, and he showed her exactly what he was doing as he was doing it. He was fun, entertaining and he fixed my bathtub efficiently with the distraction of a first-grader. I definitely appreciated the prompt, courteous, above and beyond service.
