I saw him took out a brand new never open box, it took a long time to figure out this was lemon UV light. I appreciated his tenancies and can do spirit. He took time to show me a lot of things about my heat pump. Thanks [redacted]
[redacted] arrived on time, spent a good deal of time servicing my HVAC equipment and then gave me a pretty complete run down on what he found. I appreciated his work.

I have to say I have had a very good experience with this company and their employees. They are all very polite, professional , and do their jobs efficiently. We requested that the service man give us a call before showing up, so we could pen up our dogs, and he did. Many other repairmen with other companies have not done this even though we requested they do so. I have already recommended this company to several people.

What was most satisfying is that he knew about our system. I say this since, in the past, we have had technicians who were not trained on our system and "guessed" about various items.
Kudos to ARS/Rescue Rooter HVAC service. Last evening around 10 pm I called ARS because my downstairs AC unit wasn't working. The receptionist very ably scheduled a technician for the morning. [redacted] arrived at my house around 11:00 am, and within an hour had my system up-and-running again. [redacted] was extremely knowledgeable about the unit, very quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired the problem and checked for any "lingering" problems to prevent a call back. I was extremely impressed both with the timeliness and quality of the service! Keep up the good work guys!
ARS technician [redacted] E came (promptly) to check our 8-year-old cooling system, which had stopped working. He found a leak in the evaporator coil and explained things clearly enough for this technoligically incompetent client to understand the problem and the range of options for repairing or replacing the system. With that tutorial, I was much better prepared to talk to the manager that evening and settle on a long-term solution.
[redacted] was very courteous and thorough. ARS was proactive to schedule an available slot for my semi-annual maintenance. No issues, pleased with service.
Like almost all ARS technicians, [redacted] was courteous, prompt, explained what he was doing and likely items that would need attention soon, and didn't give me the hard sell for add on stuff although they usually mention something. I am pleased with their work which is why I keep a service contract with them and have used them since they installed the original systems in my house in 1988.
ARS was called into my home to repair my air conditioning unit. [redacted] was the technician that arrived for the repair. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend [redacted] to anyone in need of service for their air conditioning unit.
ARS responded promptly to our call to service a Rinnai outdoor unit. [redacted] was knowledgeable, personable, and respectful of our property. The repair was successfully completed and the unit seems to be working properly.
