my experience with the ARS heating and cooling technician was the worst I have experienced .The technician spoke very poor english ,I asked him 3 to 4 times if he would be able to fix the problem today he keep saying he would have to check with his supervisor.then he presented the bill wanting me to pay before he even fixed the problem did not explain any of the costs terrible service .If you use ARS in Raleigh make sure to ask not to have [redacted]. as your technician...

Received call 30 minutes prior to arrival of technician. Technician arrived on time.
The technician [redacted] worked diligently for almost two hours in sweltering heat to find the cause of my plumbing problem and then took steps to fix it. I was very pleased with this service.
ARS was first rate with service. [redacted] was on time and articulate. We have enjoyed his work previously and would recommend him without reservation.
[redacted] did an excellent and thorough job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he provided additional information on a humidifier my husband I are looking into. Would definitely recommend the use of ARS!
Service was outstanding! The service technician [redacted] did a thorough job servicing our A/C system and explained everything in detail. He did not push extra services like other companies. Very satisfied with the service.
[redacted] came about 9 am to give us an estimate on replacing our natural gas hot water heater. He was very polite and very thorough. What I liked best was that he explained everything about how the water heater works and the maintenance that should be done. In his estimates he showed us several options and explained the differences. He was able to give us an additional discount and we agreed to hire ARS . He then installed the new hot water heater that afternoon. He was diligent, pleasant and anxious to be of good service.
ARS Roto Rooter provides excellent service. [redacted], our plumbing technician was able to determine the problems and fix them quickly. He had all the necessary parts with him so the job was done relatively quickly.
I have been using ARS Rescue Rooter for over 20 years. Their service is always excellent and they make sure everything is finished to my satisfaction. Today [redacted] was my field technician. He serviced my furnace for the winter and replaced the filters upstairs and downstairs. [redacted] took his time and did a thorough and professional job.
I really like the customer service of ARS Rescue Rooter of Raleigh. I've called several times and each person is very cheerful and knowledgeable. The call flows through efficiently and effectively. The technician arrived at my house on time and his appearance was clean, warm, and friendly. He did a good job on the work. When the work was completed he thoroughly explained all of his recommendations and the associated costs.
I signed up for a heater inspection with Home Depot. [redacted] from ARS / Rwscue Rooter in Durham arrived for the inspection. Mr. [redacted] was very courteous and had the patience to explain to me the problem that he identified. When I had additional questions, he took the time to answer them. I highly recommend this technician
[redacted] I ordered a storm door from aluminum associates and wasn't advised of how long it would take to receive the product. After a month went by I started to wonder what was going on and whether they had forgotten to order it. I called the location and was told they were going on the Wednesday to Toronto to pick up the orders. Another week went by and I still heard nothing from them. I called again and was told the same story as the previous week. I let this go and yet again another week went by and I heard nothing from them. I had to call again to follow up and was told that their trailer blew a tire and they were waiting to go pick up their trailer that had all the product on it. [redacted]
It would have been appreciated if they at least followed up with me to let me know what was going on so I didn't have to call three times to check in. I[redacted]
