I bought the water heater from ARS Rescue Rooter 3 and a half years ago. I paid for the five years warranty.
The water heater worked fine until last week; Thanksgiving week when it did not work and started flooding. The company came to my house 4 times and the issue was not resolved. If the heater goes on the water heater foods and there is water everywhere with the risk of flooding to the apartment below and cause damages.
The company sends technicians who come and add things to the heater but do not fix the problem!
So tonight, Friday night at 11:30 I do not have hot water to take a shower after a hard day at work nor heating and it is a cold night.
It would be nice to have someone who force them to fix the problem and not patronize a customer just because they are a single woman.
[redacted] did our summer A/C service yesterday. He was thorough, careful and friendly; a clean-cut well-bred young man that any father would be proud of.

This is a review of ARS Rescue Rooter of DURHAM, tech [redacted] who visited my house on 8/17/2016. [redacted] was prompt, informed, and careful to explain what he was doing as he serviced my humidifier unit, a component of our central AC. His work was thorough and successfully resolved the problem with our system. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and [redacted] did a superlative job.
[redacted] was terrific! He knows what he's doing and does it well ! Very professional but also very friendly to deal with. I really appreciated his coming at a time that was very convenient to me. Very positive "face" to put on ARS!

Made a thorough check of my HVAC system. Ensured that my condensate drainage lines were unplugged on my upper level unit. Made sure that I was aware of any needed changes to my system.
We had a new HVAC installed on a cold and rainy Tuesday. The team arrived at the scheduled time and worked through the inclement weather with no complaints. [redacted] was very friendly, professional and personable. He took the time to explain the unit and the thermostat technology to us. It was a very pleasant experience. He is a great representative for ARS Raleigh.
[redacted] was a wonderful technician. He diagnosed my problem immediately and did the necessary work in timely and very neat fashion. He was knowledgeable, and I'm happy to have his card so that I can call him again.
ARS Technician [redacted] installed an evaporator coil - I really appreciate his ability to listen and to communicate clearly about the work he is doing. [redacted] stays focused on the work and pays attention to detail. He is courteous and easy to work with. I will request this ARS technician again.
