What I liked best was that he explained everything about how the water heater works and the maintenance that should be done. In his estimates he showed us several options and explained the differences. He was able to give us an additional discount and we agreed to hire ARS . He then installed the new hot water heater that afternoon. He was diligent, pleasant and anxious to be of good service.

[redacted] was prompt, informed, and careful to explain what he was doing as he serviced my humidifier unit, a component of our central AC. His work was thorough and successfully resolved the problem with our system. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and [redacted] did a superlative job.
