Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I have not been able to make contact with *** *** via phone or text because they keep asking for a phone number, and I do not have a phone number associated with the account; in addition, I never received a bill from *** ***, just a collection notice from Convergent...Do they have the phone number associated with the account? And When was services supposedly used? *** is associated with *** *** but they will not address anything...they referred me to call *** ***...I have attempted to contact them many times and will continue to try...Perhaps I should bring a claim against *** ***?Sincerely,*** ***

fraud dispute.We responded to a similar complaint made by Ms*** to the Consumer Financial Protection BureauThis is the first communication we have received on behalf of this account notifying us that Ms*** believes the account to be fraudulent Sprint placed this account in our office on 09/29/2015, to collect a balance on their behalf.On 10/06/2016, we received Ms.***'s dispute that she faxed to our officeThe account was placed into a disputestatus, and collection activity was suspended sothis mattermay be investigatedOn 10/17/2016, Convergent Outsourcing mailed billing statements obtained from Sprint to Ms.***'s address.The account remained in a disputed status.We are sorry to hear Ms*** has been a victim of fraudIn an effort to assist her with this matter, Convergent Outsourcing has mailed Ms.*** a fraud packet When Ms*** receives the fraud packet, please ask that she fill it out and return it directly to Sprint Convergent Outsourcing has updated the credit bureaus accordingly.We appreciate the opportunity to respond

Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas investigated Ms.***'s complaint T-Mobile placed this account in our office 12/26/to collect a balance of $on their behalf.On 01/11/2016, Ms*** spoke with an agent in our office and advised she was disputing the balance as she believed
the account to have been paid.The account was placed in a disputed status and collection activity had been suspended while we investigated this matter.In response to receiving this information, we have closed the account in our office and returned it to our client T-Mobile.We do not own the account therefore we cannot guarantee resolutionWe will forward a copy of this complaint and our response to our client If Ms*** has any further inquiries, please have her contact T-Mobile directly as we are no longer handling this account

Now that you see its on my Experience report what other lies,are you going to tell? It's on all of my credit reports I sent you a copy of a recorded call with *** and they verified that I don't owe them at all
