Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate the quick response, however, this account is on my all four of my credit reports, I need a deletion letter to delete this account off my credit reports, first and foremost. After I receive the deletion letter then and only then I will be satisfied. Because I never had a *** account, this situation has already caused me enough heartache and trouble, I just had a baby, I cannot obtain the things I need for my new born baby on credit due to this negative account on my credit. on this complaintThe letters were mailed on 11/21/and 12/21/The letters included their right to dispute the account.On 01/14/2017, Convergent was notified by Sprint that the balance $was paid directly to them on 01/13/This account was closed as a paid collection on 01/14/2017.In response to this complaint, the credit bureaus have been updated accordinglyConvergent Outsourcing has closed this account in our office and returned it to our clientWe will forward a copy of the complaint and our response to Sprint.We appreciate the opportunity to respond

I am rejecting this response because:Due to the fact that Convergent outsourcing has admitted that they have been asked for validation on numerous occasions and have yet failed to send an signed contract or agreement stating that I owe the "said debt." They are simply sending a bill that could have been generated by their officeIf I am responsible for this account that they claim they should be able to send me a detailed report of when I missed payments, when the account was first opened and when I defaultedConvergent outsourcing should be able to send me an actual contract between me and "***." I am continuously asking that Convergent Sourcing to send what ever documents they have in their files used to verify this accountA fraudulent bill will not sufficeUnder FCRA I have the right to demand they disclose all of the documents they have recorded and retained in their files at the time of the request concerning account that at being reported on my credit reportAll unverified accounts must be deletedSo again who verified this account? What documents did they use to verify/validate? Where are the documents used to verify?The only correspondence that I received was a billing statement. This item does not qualify as verification per FCRAThis company is in violation for continuing to verify the account with the credit bureaus without providing the evidence as requestedit is my contention that Convergent Outsourcing know that they cannot tie me to this alleged account, otherwise, they would have done so when I made my initial requestConvergent Outsourcing is blatantly disregarding the law

I've attached a copy of a screen shot with my Verizon account showing that I have paid my account fully
Also, they don't have my real Verizon account number.(I'll also attach a copy of their mail sent to my house)
I'm a new Immigrant and have been in the US about a year (I've been very aware of my bills)
This is a scam,and I'm willing to have a Revdex.com representative listen in on a call I'll make to Verizon or any other solution you'll find fitting
