According to *** you still have the accountI have tried multiple times to call y’all and give you the correct addressI’ve also given my phone number and said to call me whenever y’all wantI have tried to get a fraud packet from y’all so that I can turn in a downer statement from my local police department and no one has even tried to help me with thatSince *** says convergent has the account and convergent says *** has the account please provide supporting documentation that supports your claim of turning it over to ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:the address they have on file is illegal and it dont right how would I give right information for something that isn't mine I'm sorry but I never had t mobile I been with *** and then switch to *** witch the phone are not in my name also my credit report there no T-Mobile at all and the lady refuse to escalate to a supervisor at all I asked several times before we both started getting upset I have proof that I never been with T-Mobile I can give access to my credit report this place has not stop calling my cell phone also I'm on the do not call listed Sincerely,*** ***

Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas received Ms***'s dispute and complaintT-Mobile placed thisaccount in our office on 10/27/2016, to collect a balance of $on their behalf.Convergent Outsourcing was first notified of Ms***'s dispute on 03/09/2017, when we receivedan email from her,
disputing the account as fraudThe account was placed in a disputed status andcollection activity was suspended.On 03/21/2017, we received statement copies from T-Mobile validating the balance owedThisinformation was mailed to Ms*** on 3/21/Additionally on 03/22/2017, we also mailed afraud packet to Ms***, in the event she wanted to file a fraud claim with T-Mobile on behalf ofthe account.On 03/25/2017, Convergent Outsourcing requested our information be removed from the creditbureaus.In response to receiving this communication from your office, Convergent Outsourcing has closed theaccount and returned it to T-MobileIf Ms*** has any further inquiries regarding this matter,please have her contact T-Mobile directly.We appreciate the opportunity to respond

I am rejecting this response because:Convergent makes references to the account as if it is mineValidation exists if they can prove it is mineThe address on their "validation" is it mine nor I have ever lived thereIn addition, if any due diligence was taken by Convergent, they would have been able to find that no one would know me if they contacted any of those numbers included on the bill.At this point any reference tying me to the account is harassment and now considered a lie.I have never been a customer of TMobile so whether they send the account back to them or not, that still doesn't clear them of FDCPA liabilityI've asked on many occasions for them to address the FDCPA violations and offered a settlement to avoid the courts but they have not responded in an intelligible, responsible manner
This matter is not closed until the FDCPA violations have been adequately addressedI would highly recommend that they take a serious approach to my claims as I am currently exploring lawsuit options and consolidating the evidence of their FDCPA violationsAs they should know by now, I am trying to avoid filing a lawsuit against them with my multiple pleas for them to address the violations and my settlement offerContinued failure to address the issues of my complaint will likely result in me filing a complaint against them in court
