Complaint: [redacted]I am providing a conditional acceptance response because: I wish to provide additional information for your file.
I've received 41 robo calls from 971 803 3017 since December 14, 2015 in which a message was never left on my message machine. This lack of proper business practice on behalf of Convergent required that I perform research to identify who the caller was and where they are located. The actions of this company can only be considered callous, unprofessional and intended to harass.
 
Thank you for your rapid settlement of my complaint. I provided information to the Federal "DO NOT CALL" site from day 1 and never received a response. You are to be commended. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

In our previous response we state we have requested our information be removed from the credit bureaus. Our records indicate that we did as we stated on 3/29/2016. Today we have once again requested our information be deleted from the credit bureaus using their automated system,E Oscar. A copy of that request is included.We cannot remove any information that was not reported by us. If the original creditor or any other company who may have been involved with the collection of the account has reported to the credit bureau, Ms. [redacted] will need to contact them.
We hope this addresses Ms.[redacted]'s concerns.

I am rejecting this response because: I sent a document requesting the backup and convergent couldn't provide it. They then removed their information from my credit report. Now it is back randomly. I want the back up or I want this matter closed permanently.

These notices included Ms. [redacted]'s right to dispute the balance owed.We...

To date, this is the firstcommunication received notifying us that Ms. [redacted] was disputing this account balance.Convergent Outsourcing reported our information for this account to the credit bureaus on03/05/2017.In response to receiving Ms. [redacted]'s communication, we have suspended collection efforts.We will request our information for this account be removed from the credit bureaus. correct party so that we do not disclose personal information tothe incorrect party. Mr. [redacted] declined to verify he was the correct party. We do not attempt toscam consumers. When speaking with the agent Mr. [redacted] did notify us that he would be filing acomplaint. Convergent Outsourcing ceased collection activity. On 04/04/2016, the account wasclosed and returned to our client.
In response to receiving this communication, the account is closed and has been returned to ourclient Centurylink. We have not reported our information for the above referenced account to thecredit bureaus. We do not own the account therefore we cannot guarantee resolution. We willforward a copy of this communication and our response to our client.
