Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer's case. I have reached out to the consumer to discuss the concern
Please be advised that our technical staff was contacted on three occasions by the technician in the home on each of the three days of service. The
technicians found no rust in the machine and therefore did not make a correlation between the dishwasher and the rust on the utensils. The tub is not a replaceable part. We respectfully denied the request for a replacement dishwasher as we believe this situation is not caused by the dishwasher

as stated I have already taken days off work 1st time the service contractor that GE sent *** Heating and Cooling from *** *** *** did not have the proper tooling (Saddle Valve to install to check freon pressure) to diagnoise the issue of why the hot water heater would not work in heat pump mode,2nd day *** diagnoised the issue but did not fix it because GE did not want to pay them enough and told me they would fix it if I would pay them what GE would notGE has contacted me and I have asked them to E-Mail me how they intend to repair the leak I want it fixed properly, not just a cheap quick fix,and that the repair is a warranty repair, which the unit was installed 10/21/that *** and GE negotiated their payment so I am not taking off another day off work for no reason

I am asking GE for help/advise on this situation, not future repairs. *** *** was very rude and would not even listen to my concern. I asked for someone else, he refused saying he is the only one. I made a comment on *** and was promised another person would contact me and I am still waiting. Please do not have Mr *** contact me; he is useless and does not have any customer service skills
