cosmetic and do not affect the functioning of the unit therefore is not covered under warrantyAs a gesture of goodwill GE has offered to sell her the replacement top at a discount and waive the trip/diagnosis charge as well as labor to have it installedShe has declined the offer at this timeShould she wish to accept it she is welcome to give me a return call at ***I will leave the offer open until January 23, ***

I spoke with Mr *** today and he did receive a replacement shipment from us on 12/but states they are not the correct lamp. I am sending him an additional case (3) of an item that I show is a direct replacement and asked that he call me upon
receipt to confirm the lamp is comparable to the ones he had issues withI have his email address and advised that I will be sending him the tracking info on the new shipment and provide him with my direct contact info so we can work together to resolve*** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***There isn't anything really to accept but in addition to GE's response I would like to add that when they left the messages we were at work and are in a different time zoneWhen I called back I had to leave a message as wellAlso I would like to add that yes a different part was replaced but I feel GE should have address the issue when it happened the second time, not the fourth, maybe that was the part that should have been replaced not all the othersI made several complaints to the GE consumer relations department regarding the repetative issuesWe have also lost time off work and several hundred dollars in food, because every time we've had this issue we have had to throw away "ALL" the items in our refrigeratorGE has a food loss department but never told us about it until this last repairWhen I called the food loss department they said that they would only cover years and our refrigerator is now years old, but the first incident was well within the yearsI did eventually speak to GE and I voiced my complaints (again) and she said she would note them downHopefully this repair will be the end of the issuesRegards,

possibility that software updates or similar work may take place. Additionally, each unit comes with a manufacturer's warranty which protects the buyer during the designated period. Ms*** was invited to call us should she have any further questions or functional issues with the product

Now *** *** has completed a service call for this consumer in addition to the calls by GE service

I spoke to the consumer again. All of the other issues have been resolved and a 2nd rebate check is coming to her. She wants to be compensated for the time she took to make phone calls etc I apologized about the issues and explained that we do not compensate people for the time it may take to deal with issues that may occur with items they have purchased I did offer her $as goodwill to go out to dinner and put this behind her. She rejected my offer

We are scheduled to complete repair later this month. Have been waiting on a part. Consumer is aware

I have spoken with Mr*** and apologized for the trouble he's had with his GE dishwasher.
He said that a GE tech came out on 2/and fixed the dishwasher with no problem.
He is still looking for a refund of
$for being told he needed a plumber which he felt was unnecessary.

I spoke with Mr*** a few weeks ago about getting a second technicians opinion. We set it up for 2/10/14. Since then, I see that the consumer has rescheduled the call for 2/16, 2/18, 2/20, 2/23, 2/26, 3/and
now 3/4.
I tried reaching out to Mr*** but the mailbox is full and I couldn't leave a message. If the call gets rescheduled again from the 3/date, I will cancel the appointment and wait for his call back to discuss this further

I called GE Care 1st but GE Care told me that their technicians are not available to come until days later and it will take another 3-days to order the parts, which means at least - 15day no oven for us, and that is a big issue for my familySo, I had to hire a local appliance repairman
who came right away to fix the oven. I have no idea if he is authorised by GE but he told me that he repairs GE's products all the time in his profession

We have credited the consumers account the requested amount
