GE had previously agreed to cover the charge related to an out of warranty service call to inspect and if needed repair the situation described by Ms***. Based on the findings of that service call GE is not agreeable to covering the cost of further service on this product

I should not have to pay to replace a stove that never worked properly since I bough it a year ago.%

3/30/Thank you for the recent communication. GE has been in contact with Mr***. Barring any unforseen issues, both the microwave and the trim kit should be delivered together within the next week or so. The trim kit had been on a slight backorder status, and as a gesture of goodwill, GE agreed to reimburse $for the purchase of a small microwave to use until the GE microwave and trim get delivered

Our service has confirmed there are not issue with the consumer’s refrigerator temperature He is seeing fluctuations He believes there is an issue based on the improper way he is measuring the temperature

GE had need to replace Ms***’s refrigerator. GE did replace the refrigerator with a larger capacity unit that would still fit in the required area of her kitchen. After delivery of the new unit Ms***
reported that there were differences in shelving between her old and new units. GE worked with Ms*** to identify those items and was prepared to send them to her. Ms*** then asked to also be compensated in some dollar amount as well. GE declined to do so

I have spoken with Mr*** and apologized for the trouble he's had with his GE microwave. There are a few pages of the Use and Care book that I would recommend him read which are listed under "Important Safety
Instructions".
~Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manualDo not use corrosive chemicals or vapors in this applianceThis microwave oven isspecifically designed to heat, dry or cook food, and is not intended for laboratory or industrial use~Operating the microwave with no food inside for more than a minute or two may cause damage to the oven and could start a fireIt increases the heat around themagnetron and can shorten the life of the ovenMr*** has informed me that the microwave was being used without a food item in it and had it on for more than minutes. This appliance has been deemed "non-repairable" by an authorized GE technician
