I tried reaching out to Mror Mrs*** to discuss the concerns with the range, but I had to leave a voicemail
I do know that this same concern was bought up by the ***'s approximately months ago.
I am not sure why the issue wasn't addressed further at that time
I will wait for a reply from the ***'s so I can better understand the delay in getting this situation rectified

This process takes longer as it is being shipped from the
mainland. Mr*** will be notified by *** when it arrives and is ready for delivery and installation. The old refrigerator will be required to be hauled away from the home as well

Hello,
I do accept the reply from GE regarding this situationHowever it would have been nice if the company would have attempted something beyond just saying "sorry"
So I will humbly bow out, and accept thing as they areBut this will impact my future choices on brand I will purchase in the futureAnd that I will advise my friends to stay away fromSometimes it is not about warranty or even the productI have purchased many other GE product (as well as black and decker, etc) and I will not touch any GE products from this day forward since clearly the company makes no efforts to try to work with a someone who had been a loyal customer

I spoke with Mr*** on 4/and apologized for the trouble he's had with his GE dishwashers
We had arranged for a service call on 4/but Mr*** was not home at the time of the service call. He has been
rescheduled for service on 5/from 1-m - 5pm.

for home/trip diagnosis and labor and five years on parts that she paid forGE has agreed as a one-time gesture of goodwill to waive the home/trip diagnosis fee since it has been just four months since the repairMs*** accepted the offer and service is scheduled for today March 31, ***

delivered to them tomorrow and they will go out on the date Mrs*** has requested, Saturday 11/
As a good will gesture, I offered $compensation toward a small dorm fridge to get her through the holiday weekend. She said she would discuss it further with her husband and get back to meI mentioned that I will be out of the office until Tuesday of next week and will follow up with her at that time

Based on the problem that I am having with the defective agitators, simply providing one agitator when they last less than six months and the washer is only a year old, I reject the offer as unsatisfactory My offer remains to provide two agitators

I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved ,resolved as in the repair completed in a proper fix by sub contractor *** Heating and Cooling ,*** *** *** since GE is not a Technician it seems and can not give a" detailed summary of what they need to do to repair the unit" I can only hope that it is fixed right, if not we can start from square one again an go back to another energy source instead of electricthank you** ***
